If your engine has higher mileage, don't neglect rod bearing replacement! These bearings are sandwiched between the connecting rod and crankshaft journal and are prone to failure due to overheating, lack of lubrication, or general wear. Replace your rod bearings and prevent a spun bearing.

Starting with ACL’s high-performance bearing shells, our Race Series bearings are built to withstand extreme RPMs and stress. Utilizing a "Duraglide" tri-metal construction and a high-strength overlay plate, these bearings offer superior oiling and heat resistance for high-RPM operation.

Our WPC-treated bearings take ACL’s already impressive design and enhance it even further. The WPC treatment process strengthens and smooths the bearing surface by firing high-speed, ultra-fine particles at the bearing shells, reducing friction and improving durability. This advanced surface treatment ensures smoother operation and improved heat dissipation, which are critical for any high-performance engine.

Often an oversight in maintenance, ignition components are also susceptible to wear and tear. Spark Plugs can accumulate carbon, reducing the spark intensity and it's ability to properly ignite the air/fuel mixture, leading to misfires and generally declining performance. Featuring BFI Stage One 65A Billet Aluminum Engine Mounts and Installation Hardware!

From the factory, all BMWs utilize soft rubber or fluid-filled engine mounts. Not only are these mounts prone to degradation, they also allow ample movement of the drivetrain. This translates to looseness in your driveline, commonly associated with missed shifts and a generally isolated feeling.

To improve upon this issue, Black Forest Industries designed these upgraded mounts from the ground up. Their stage one mounts feature a proprietary 65A durometer bushing and bracket/cup design. Maximizing bushing area while minimizing vibration gives this mount the advantage of having the best ride characteristics possible from a urethane mount.

To aid in replacement, the enthusiasts at Turner Motorsport have packaged these mounts with all associated hardware. This ensures a smooth and comprehensive installation, free of stress caused by broken or lost hardware!

Our Stage 1 kit featuring a cold-air intake kit and matching performance software. The aFe intake is a cone filter with a heat-blocking shield around it. The larger surface area of the filter, combined with the heat shield, allow more cool air to enter the engine - creating more power and torque, a richer engine sound, and better throttle response. The kit is supplied complete with heat shield, intake tube, sealing materials, hardware, and install instructions.

Our flash software is tuned especially for a cold-air intake, maximizing the potential and providing smoother power delivery. We take the stock software and make adjustments for 91 octane (stock software is set around 87). We can get more power and torque, and increase fuel efficiency without affecting driveability or the life of the engine. The throttle response is also improved (quicker) eliminating unwanted and dangerous flat spots in the pedal response.

Our software fully maximizes the 'low-output' N52B30 engine in the 325i. Our software has been carefully developed on the dyno and the road to provide optimal power and torque gains at all RPM. We change the fuel, Valvetronic, and VANOS maps as well as revise the factory torque limiters. We have paid particular attention to increasing low and mid-range torque. The stock BMW software is hampered by settings for 87 octane fuel. By re-mapping the engine programming for 91 octane, we can make more power, torque, and improve fuel mileage - all without harm to the engine or affecting driveability. The throttle response is also improved (quicker) eliminating unwanted and dangerous flat spots in the pedal response.

There are two ways to install our software: mailing the ECU to us for a reflash or do-it-yourself install with our Turner Flash tool:

Mail-In Reflash - lower upfront cost but additional shipping charges. Minimum downtime of at least three days. We have a 24 hour turnaround on shipping the ECU back to you but factor in transit time. Expert installation of your software at our facility.
Turner Flash DIY tool - higher upfront cost but files are emailed back and forth. No downtime - you can still drive the car while we process your tune. Files are emailed back and forth - your stock file comes to us, a tuned file is returned to you. Easy install via Windows laptop.
