This is a complete plug and play solution to replace your stock Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) with a new E85 certified bucketless assembly.

This solution provides up to 25% more flow than our standard Stage 2 LPFP upgrade and up to 150% more flow than the stock pump.

This pump will support up to 550whp running 85% ethanol and 600whp running 50% ethanol.

The Stage 2 bucketless kit includes the following:

• • A custom anodized billet fitting for the pump output and stock fuel line connection.
  • Our custom billet aluminum anodized bracket for the pump and float assembly
  • Two cotter pins to secure your float assembly
  • A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump
  • Spare vent tube clip
  • A new Walbro filter

If you still need more flow, the Stage 3 upgrade is also available and can be added to your Stage 2 bucketless pump.

The Stage 3 upgrade kit includes:

• • A complete plug and play solution by simply adding the secondary module
  • Our custom billet aluminum fitting to run both pumps in parallel
  • A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump
  • Wiring harness for the secondary pump
  • Spare vent tube clip
  • A new Walbro filter

• Recommended accessories:
  • Lock Ring Removal Tool
  • Hobb's switch

• NOTE: These kits include a basic filter assembly.  When using this filter, running the vehicle under low fuel conditions can cause fuel starvation issues. If you do hard straight line accelerations when you have less than 1/8 tank of fuel, we would recommend running our standard Stage 2, 3, or Stage 4 pump.  In addition, if you intend to use this for road course applications, you may see starvation issues when running less than a half tank and doing long high G right turns.  Again for those applications we'd recommend one of our standard pump applications.

For the racing enthusiast or those just looking for the best, this is the ultimate upgrade to fully maximize the power output of your EWG N55 engine. The compressor wheel inside the turbocharger is increased in size allowing ~30% greater flow thus enabling additional boost pressures at higher engine speeds while retaining efficiency. These are fully cast turbos that are manufactured to Dinan specifications along with an upgraded thrust system over the stock turbo to ensure reliable and prolonged life. In order to attain maximum advertised power gains these big turbos will need to be paired with DINANTRONICS Stage 4, as well as Dinan’s intercooler to fully regulate the boost increase and deliver a polished product although the exhaust and intake are also recommended.

Benefits of the Dinan Big Turbo for the EWG N55 Engine:

• Fully cast turbo that is manufactured to Dinan specifications with an upgraded thrust system thereby avoiding lengthy turnaround times caused by a core exchange program.
•  Larger billet compressor/impeller wheel that allows ~30% greater flow over stock which then enables additional boost to be realized while retaining efficiency.
• Turbo assembly is compatible with electric wastegate vehicles only.
• Peak power: 445 HP @ 6000 RPM and 455 ft-lbs @ 3000 RPM and a max gain of 128 HP @ 6000 RPM and 113 ft-lbs @ 6000 RPM when coupled with other Dinan Performance upgrades. (Data from F22 M235i.) 448 HP @ 6500 RPM and 417 ft-lbs @ 3000 RPM and a max gain of 152 HP @ 6500 RPM and 123 ft-lbs @ 6500 RPM when coupled with other Dinan Performance upgrades. (Data from F32 435i. Other variants may differ.)
•  Dinan Installation instructions detail a procedure which is quicker than BMW's turbo replacement procedure saving the end-user money and time at the shop (Applicable to RWD vehicles only).
• Includes o-rings and gaskets needed for complete installation on a RWD vehicle only. If installing on an xDrive vehicle Dinan P/N D313-0117 is required for additional installation hardware.
•  Factory matching new car warranty (4yr/50k) when run in Dinan specification.
• 50 State Emissions legal; CARB EO # D-176-49.
