Turbos

If more boost and reliability are your goals choose from one of our BMW turbo upgrades. Our turbo upgrades range from stock turbos rebuilt with stronger internals to all-new, ground-up turbo upgrades. BMW turbos such as the N54 are capable of really impressive power numbers on stock engine internals but the factory turbos lack the precise tolerances and reliability that an upgraded unit will deliver. In other words, the stock turbos can only do so much and if big power (>400whp) is your goal a turbo upgrade must be in your plans. Our partners are leading experts in turbo technology and upgrades. Each Stage has been professionally developed and tested. Additional upgrades and tuning may be, or is, required. Contact us for more details on tuning options.

Burger's replacement heavy-duty silicone turbo inlet replaces the narrow and crack-prone factory plastic unit with a higher flowing silicone inlet with billet aluminum fittings. Unlike other inlets, this inlet retains a larger flow straight from intake to turbo for improved boost response and increased turbo efficiency. While beneficial with the factory turbo, this inlet is a must-have with any larger than factory turbo and the perfect complement to the BMS N55 intake systems.

This is an OEM replacement turbo assembly for the B46 engine found in the BMW F48 and F39. This is a new turbo from Mitsubishi, not a rebuilt unit. This is a complete assembly, including the manifold to the engine and the wastegate. Signs of a failing turbo are high oil consumption and blue smoke from the exhaust (not from a leak or failing CCV system) because the internal oil seals are no longer retaining oil. Without critical lubrication and cooling effects from oil, the turbo shafts and bearings are usually the first to wear and that requires a complete rebuild. You might also see increased turbo lag or failure to hold boost, which is usually a sign of a failing wastegate or some other internal issue. With any internal problems, the turbos need to be replaced. This is a new turbo - No core charge.

Keep heat where it belongs and boost where it counts with a B58 Turbo & Intake Heat Shield for BMW and Toyota Supra—an OE-plus style upgrade that helps your setup stay cooler, more consistent, and happier when you’re leaning on it. BMW’s factory heat management is fine at stock-ish levels, but once you start turning the wick up, the turbo becomes a rolling space heater. That radiant heat soaks the nearby intake tract, nudging IATs up and making performance less repeatable pull after pull. This shield steps in as a dedicated barrier between the turbo and intake components, helping reduce heat soak so you can keep intake air cooler and denser when you’re driving it like you mean it. Built with a clean, factory-inspired mindset, it’s precision-formed to wrap neatly around the B58 turbo and intake area, and it mounts using factory locations for a tidy, OEM-level install. No cutting, no permanent changes, and fully reversible—just a straightforward bolt-on that looks right at home in the engine bay. Made from durable, heat-resistant materials, it’s designed to handle the heat long-term without turning into a crispy science project. Why it matters Cuts down radiant heat from the turbocharger into the intake area Helps reduce intake air temperature creep Improves consistency during repeated pulls and hard driving Adds protection for surrounding components exposed to turbo heat Features & highlights Designed for BMW B58 and Toyota Supra applications Precision-formed for OEM-level fitment Heat-resistant construction for long-term durability Bolt-on install using factory mounting points Clean, OE-plus under-hood appearance
