We set out to amplify the F80/F82 with a proper exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers at Turner increased flow and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the twin turbo inline-6 S55 engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 2.5" stainless exhaust pipes that feed into one of the best designed mufflers on the market. Our in-house engineers specifically designed the muffler with flow in mind to ensure that even with the exhaust valves closed, our Turner muffler flows better and sounds better than the stock muffler. The best part of the catback exhaust is the capability to control just how aggressive you want to your exhaust to sound, far beyond the point that the factory exhaust is able to perform. All of this plus the direct fitment and straight forward installation leads to the Turner Stainless exhaust being the clear answer in your mission to find the best exhaust for your S55 powered F80 or F82.

Dinan sport mufflers are designed to compliment the M3 and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Four 3.5" black ceramic tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. Detailed installation instructions are included.

Our exhaust allows you to turn up the volume and let the B46/B48 boast its smooth and hearty exhaust tone. Let's be honest, what's the point of owning a B48 if you're not going to upgrade the exhaust? Our signature muffler design allows you to transfer the exhaust valve from your factory system directly onto your new Turner system. The Turner exhaust signature muffler design allows for two flow paths that change both tone and volume. With the vehicle in eco or comfort mode, the valves remain closed, with the closed valves the exhaust system allows the gasses to flow through the muffler toning down the volume and giving a more refined exhaust note. While in driving modes sport or sport+ the valve opens and the flow path changes to a "straight flow path" essentially turning into a straight-piped exhaust for the least amount of restriction and the most amount of B48 sound!
How the cat-back is designed:
To create a cat-back exhaust for this incredible vehicle the upgrade happens right at the downpipe. Turner replaced the factory components with oversized 3.0" T304 stainless steel piping. The true 3.0" exhaust makes its way through the center and rear of the car without the center muffler or resonator to keep the flow to a maximum! With smooth mandrel bent transitions, this exhaust passes perfectly under the rear subframe for a factory equivalent fit. Positioned in the rear of the car is Turner's signature B46/B48 muffler with a beautiful inlet and outlet piping that creates the perfect exhaust tuning. Featuring relief cut slip joints and fabricated sheet metal brackets the exhaust can be fully adjusted and mounted seamlessly in the factory locations. Dual 3.0" exhaust tips are optioned to fill out the open space in the rear diffuser and complete the rear profile of the vehicle.

The B58 engine earned the badge "Worlds 10 Best Engines" four times as of 2023. In 2016 the single turbo straight six found its way to the leaderboards for the first time and followed up in 2017, 2019, and 2020 staying on the charts as one of the best engines in the WORLD.
Our new cat-back exhaust is designed to take out restrictions, maximize flow and give your B58 a signature exhaust note that will excite you on every drive. From the factory your vehicle comes equipped with a combination of three mufflers and resonators that do a great job of silencing the exhaust and restricting flow. There is a center muffler(one restriction), rear section resonator(two restrictions) and a bulky muffler(three restrictions!). With all of those stop gates how do you expect to get the maximum performance out of your vehicle, you simply cannot do so. Lucky for our in-house engineers you no longer have to deal with the quiet and limiting factory exhaust.
To create a cat-back exhaust for this incredible engine the changes happen right after the downpipe. We replaced the factory oval pipe with our full 3.0" T304 stainless steel piping. The true 3.0" exhaust makes its way through the center and rear of the car without the center muffler or resonator to keep flow to a maximum! With smooth mandrel bent transitions our exhaust passes perfectly under the rear subframe for a factory equivalent fit. Positioned in the rear of the car is our signature B58 muffler with beautiful inlet and outlet piping that creates the perfect exhaust tuning. Featuring relief cut slip joints and fabricated sheet metal brackets the exhaust can be fully adjusted and mounted seamlessly in the factory locations. Dual 4.0" exhaust tips are optioned to fill out the open space in the rear diffuser and complete the rear profile of the vehicle.

B58 Engine Design:
BMW's first mass produced turbo charged engine, the N54 took the world by storm opening a whole can of worms in the car industry and aftermarket community. A new era of motors were created with the new B58 roughly 9 years after the N54 had been tested and pushed to its limits along with its single turbo companion, the N55. In 2015 the modular engine family was created and the B58 was released into the wild to set a new standard in performance and reliability. Turning back to their roots the B58 engine features a closed-deck engine design similar to the N54 that allows a massive increased in boost pressure capacity and heightened compression ratio. Thought the B58 is similar in weight and size to its predecessor, the new modular engine makes considerably more power right off the rip. With the new block design heat management has been upgraded to reduce the affects of heat cycling to slow the rate of cooling and prevent engine components from failing due to rapid cooling. Just like the N55 the B58 comes fitted with dual vanos, valvetronic and a single twin scroll turbo. Just 8 years experience of this motor we can all agree that the B58 looks like it could be the future of motors to come. This tunable engine has been tested up to 1000hp with the stock block and hosts a platform for the community to break into a whole new class of attainable "supercar killers".

Our exhaust allows you to turn up the volume and let the B58TU boast its smooth and hearty exhaust tone. Let's be honest, what's the point of owning a B58 if you're not going to upgrade the exhaust? Our signature muffler design allows you to transfer the exhaust valve from your factory system directly onto your new Turner system. The Turner exhaust signature muffler design allows for two flow paths that change both tone and volume. With the vehicle in eco or comfort mode, the valves remain closed, with the closed valves the exhaust system allows the gasses to flow through the muffler toning down the volume and giving a more refined exhaust note. While in driving modes sport or sport+ the valve opens and the flow path changes to a "straight flow path" essentially turning into a straight-piped exhaust for the least amount of restriction and the most amount of B58 sound!
Upgraded aesthetics:
From the factory, the G chassis comes equipped with fake or imitation exhaust tips, our Turner exhaust allows you to remove the imitation tips from the vehicle and sport a set of 4 true exhaust tips giving that upgraded motorsport styling.
How the cat-back is designed:
To create a cat-back exhaust for this incredible vehicle the upgrade happens right at the downpipe. We replaced the factory components with our full 3.0" T304 stainless steel piping. N55 vs S55:
When shopping for an F87 M2 you have two options to choose from. Either you choose the standard M2 with the N55 engine or the M2 Competition that comes equipped with the S55. The best part about either the competition or non-comp M2 is you are still getting the "M" suspension, drivetrain, and experience. From our experience, there is not a big trade-off between the two models that can justify the price difference. With the N55 you get a lighter weight and extremely capable weapon. The factory-valved muffler's operation varies with driving modes (comfort, sport, sport plus) and RPM, determining whether valves are open or closed. During testing, use an OBD-linked app(MHD) to select the optimal valve position based on your sound preference. Upgrading the sound:
This exhaust allows you to turn up the volume and let the S55 roar a hearty exhaust tone. Let's be honest, what's the point of owning an S55 if you're not going to upgrade the exhaust? Turner's signature muffler design allows you to transfer the exhaust valve from your factory system directly onto your new Turner system. The Turner exhaust signature muffler design allows for two flow paths that change both tone and volume. With the vehicle in eco or comfort mode, the valves remain closed, with the closed valves the exhaust system allows the gasses to flow through the muffler toning down the volume and giving a more refined exhaust note. While in driving modes sport or sport+ the valve opens and the flow path changes to a "straight flow path" essentially turning into a straight-piped exhaust for the least amount of restriction and the most amount of twin-turbo S55 sound!

The F87 M2 Competition & M2 CS models are simply amazing to drive; don't let road debris keep you from enjoying the moment. These cars have so much packed under the hood to get you this experience it causes the oil cooler to be placed face-down to the road. This makes the cooler an easy target for impact, which can prove catastrophic as the stock belly pan is designed from a flexible plastic material. We've heard stories of small branches, scrap pieces that fell from trucks to large ice chunks impact the cooler immediately draining the car of its oil. If you don't catch this right away this could cause serious internal engine damage due to oil starvation.
Turner's in-house engineering designed a skid plate to protect your oil cooler from these unfortunate situations while maintaining factory aerodynamics and fitment. The idea was to design something much stronger yet that still keeps the weight to a minimum. The Turner skid plate weighs slightly more than the plastic OE piece, making the Turner plate the lightest metal option on the market. This skid plate requires no modification and mounts using the existing factory hardware. Using a trim seal to press against the oil cooler allows the airflow to pull heat from the cooler the same way the OE belly pan was designed.

The B58 engine earned the badge "Worlds 10 Best Engines" four times as of 2023. In 2016 the single turbo straight six found its way to the leaderboards for the first time and followed up in 2017, 2019, and 2020 staying on the charts as one of the best engines in the WORLD.
Our new cat-back exhaust is designed to take out restrictions, maximize flow and give your B58 a signature exhaust note that will excite you on every drive. From the factory your vehicle comes equipped with a combination of three mufflers and resonators that do a great job of silencing the exhaust and restricting flow. There is a center muffler(one restriction), rear section resonator(two restrictions) and a bulky muffler(three restrictions!). With all of those stop gates how do you expect to get the maximum performance out of your vehicle, you simply cannot do so. Lucky for our in-house engineers you no longer have to deal with the quiet and limiting factory exhaust.
To create a cat-back exhaust for this incredible engine the changes happen right after the downpipe. We replaced the factory oval pipe with our full 3.0" T304 stainless steel piping. The true 3.0" exhaust makes its way through the center and rear of the car without the center muffler or resonator to keep flow to a maximum! With smooth mandrel bent transitions our exhaust passes perfectly under the rear subframe for a factory equivalent fit. Positioned in the rear of the car is our signature B58 muffler with beautiful inlet and outlet piping that creates the perfect exhaust tuning. Featuring relief cut slip joints and fabricated sheet metal brackets the exhaust can be fully adjusted and mounted seamlessly in the factory locations. Dual 4.0" exhaust tips are optioned to fill out the open space in the rear diffuser and complete the rear profile of the vehicle.

B58 Engine Design:
BMW's first mass produced turbo charged engine, the N54 took the world by storm opening a whole can of worms in the car industry and aftermarket community. A new era of motors were created with the new B58 roughly 9 years after the N54 had been tested and pushed to its limits along with its single turbo companion, the N55. In 2015 the modular engine family was created and the B58 was released into the wild to set a new standard in performance and reliability. Turning back to their roots the B58 engine features a closed-deck engine design similar to the N54 that allows a massive increased in boost pressure capacity and heightened compression ratio. Thought the B58 is similar in weight and size to its predecessor, the new modular engine makes considerably more power right off the rip. With the new block design heat management has been upgraded to reduce the affects of heat cycling to slow the rate of cooling and prevent engine components from failing due to rapid cooling. Just like the N55 the B58 comes fitted with dual vanos, valvetronic and a single twin scroll turbo. Just 8 years experience of this motor we can all agree that the B58 looks like it could be the future of motors to come. This tunable engine has been tested up to 1000hp with the stock block and hosts a platform for the community to break into a whole new class of attainable "supercar killers".

The factory B58 charge pipe is made from plastic to reduce weight and manufacturing costs. While this is great for the production line and the sticker price, it doesn't hold up well as the engine ages or in the case of increased power.
Replacing the weak plastic stock part with a solid aluminum one like this will ensure proper functionality under higher levels of boost and eliminate wear caused by the heating and cooling of plastic pipes. You can also safely turn up the boost on your B58 once this kit is installed, and not worry about the problematic factory piece.
Whether you have a stock car and are looking for improved throttle response and peace of mind, or a high boost monster in search of reliability in your big horsepower build, this charge pipe is the solution you’ve been looking for!

The Akrapovic Evolution exhaust systems for the BMW F30 335i & F32 435 are the result of the perfect integration of expertise, the best technology, and the use of the finest materials. Made of austenitic stainless steel, these systems feature a newly developed layout with two central link pipes replacing the single stock pipe, a new muffler design, and carbon fiber tailpipes.
This Akrapovic Evolution exhaust improves upon the stock exhaust system of the BMW 335i in numerous areas. The first visible improvement is the additional power of 7.1 HP (at 5.850 rpm) and 10.7 Nm (at 3500 rpm). The range between 2.000 rpm and 3.000 rpm and at 3.500 rpm was particularly improved. A noticeable improvement can also be observed at high RPM where the Evolution gives more power. This sporty elegance makes this Bavarian machine stand out from the rest and offers the taste of a more powerful version, accentuated with the additional power gains and weight losses of the Evolution system. The Akrapovic Cat-back Titanium exhaust system for the BMW X5/X6 M is designed for drivers who demand more power and less weight. In addition to weight reduction and a power gain, one of the tasks of the Akrapovic team was also to make the sound of the X5/X6 M become music to ones ears. An optional wireless "dualmode" exhaust flap control allows the vehicle to have a more civilized, but deeper than stock sound at low speed. However, when the exhaust flap is opened the muffler is bypassed, creating a deep and sporty sound much more in keeping with the personality of the car.
Power gains come in at 5.3 hp (at 5300 RPM) and 8.4 Nm (at 5250 RPM) with just the exhaust alone, and a total weight savings of 32.7 lbs! That is a 42% overall reduced difference in weight from stock.

The MACH Force XP exhaust system for the 2011-2015 BMW 535i N55 produced 9 horsepower and 7 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.50” mandrel bent 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish. The system begins with a 3.50” inlet off of the down pipe and merges into dual 2.50” tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. Countless hours of R&D was used to ensure the perfect decibal level without compromising performance. To finish off this exhaust are two adjustable rolled double wall angle cut 3.5"OD 304 stainless steel tips which you can move forward or rearward depending on personal preference. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle free installation. No modifications necessary.
