When building your vehicle for the track, there are a lot of considerations to take into account. One major factor is your exhaust system. Many exhaust systems are only designed for so much exhaust flow, which can really limit the total amount of potential power your engine can produce. To address this issue with heavily tuned, turbocharged, or supercharged E46 M3s, Supersprint now offers a new line of high performance Center Twin-Pipe Exhaust Pipes that are designed to provide you with a significantly higher exhaust flow than their original performance exhaust pipes, 787503 (Resonated) and 787513 (Non-Resonated), designed for street and light track performance.

This twin pipe system utilizes two high flow pipes instead of a single large pipe, allowing for up to 25% greater total exhaust flow. Thanks to the increased total flow, these center pipes are capable of supporting S54 engines producing over 400whp, perfect for all highly modified street cars or performance track vehicles.

This specific option offer's pipes that are resonated to prevent excessive noise and drone that may be experienced at cruising RPM speeds.

Want more rasp and volume to come through from your exhaust? This Supersprint section 2 will replace and delete the factory resonator that sits before the muffler. Without the resonator there to dampen the sound the overall volume will increase and let more S54 rasp come through. Combine this with the Supersprint section 1 straight pipes for even more Motorsport rasp. This section 2 pipe will bolt up to a stock section 1 or cat section and any muffler. It's perfect for getting just a little more volume from your stock exhaust without changing the muffler.

This Supersprint center section will delete the secondary silencer/resonator in the stock exhaust and fit with the Supersprint sport rear muffler. The front of this section is clamped to the stock front resonator. By eliminating one of the silencers, and matched to the rear muffler, more of the Z4's perky engine note will come through. And with less restriction more torque and horsepower can be released.

These Supersprint metallic sport cats are for the E46 M3 with Supersprint's own stepped headers. The piping is slightly oversized and the Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a traditional stock cat. With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque. This cat section will only mount to the Supersprint full stepped headers (p/n 044001) and then to any section 2. These cats are built with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed after the cat if you wanted to extend your stock post-cat O2 sensors (however, special software may still be needed).

Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.

These tuned resonators replace the factory resonator in section 2 of the exhaust. Supersprint also offers this section without any resonator at all. But if noise and volume is a strong consideration for you then using resonators is a good idea. If you were building a track car with headers and no cats then resonators will help keep noise levels low. This section is 309 stainless steel and 70mm diameter pipes (a little bigger than the factory size) so this piece will flow better and be a little louder than the factory resonator.

This Supersprint center resonator is tuned to work with their muffler system to provide an aggressive but not wildly loud exhaust note. Supersprint makes two center section options - with or without a resonator. When planning your exhaust layout this will likely be the final section to choose. If you're deleting the secondary cats for more power you may want to opt for the tuned resonator to keep the exhaust note quieter. If you won't be deleting your secondary cats, opening up the resonator with straight pipes will allow more sound to come through. Or run with no cats and no resonator for the biggest - and loudest - power gains.

This Euro center resonator replaces a stock European-spec center resonator or US/Euro catalytic converter section. The Supersprint exhaust piping is 60mm in diameter - 10mm larger in each pipe than a standard US exhaust system. This larger sizing helps to improve exhaust flow which frees up horsepower from the engine. Instead of working to push exhaust gas through small pipes the exhaust gas flows easier so the engine doesn't have to work as hard. Now constructed with 409 stainless steel piping!

The Supersprint Euro center resontor replaces a stock BMW Euro M3 center resonator OR requires the full Supersprint Euro headers and Euro rear muffler. For the best flow with supercharging or intricate intake kits, the Euro system works best!
