VTT is happy to introduce the first and only available plug and play crankcase breather kits for ALL BMW applications that use the two-prong oil tab style oil fill caps. With this breather simply remove your oil cap, install the breather, and instantly free up horsepower, improve turbo draining, remove crankcase pressure, all while adding a cool look to your engine bay.

Can be used by itself with the stock PCV system to eliminate crankcase pressure, or with any number of PCV setups for the ultimate in crankcase pressure relieve 

Made from 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum anodized black for a long-lasting finish, 4 stainless steel baffles for complete oil control, a PTFE one way check ball, a high-quality filter, and clamp all work together to keep crankcase pressure where it belongs, out of your crankcase.

 ALL BMW's with the two-prong style oil fill cap including but not limited to N54, N55, S55, S54

NOTE: NOT ALL THE MODELS LISTED HAVE THE SAME HOOD CLEARANCE, WE CANNOT SAY WHICH MODELS WILL HAVE CLEARANCE ISSUES, AND WHICH WILL NOT AS WE HAVE NOT TEST IT ON ALL MODELS. Modern emission regulations require a closed PCV/Breather system for cleaner operation. However, inefficient oil particle capture can lead to excessive oil vapor ingestion, causing carbon buildup, reduced performance, and fuel economy. ECS Tuning's updated ECS Baffled Oil Catch Can, now with an easy-to-empty 1/4" drain fitting, is engineered to collect toxic blow-by gases, minimize carbon deposits, and reduce oil contamination within engine oil. Recirculating oil vapor ensures emissions compliance without venting to the atmosphere.

This oil cooler system is race tested and proven to outflow the euro M3 oil filter housing. Additionally, this particular system uses a sealing mechanism to direct the oil flow through the cooler lines and then through the oil filter.  Other cooler caps do not provide this seal and therefore the external oil coolers and lines act as a "balloon".  The lines and cooler are pressurized, but oil does not flow through them.  Flowing oil means it is being cooled and not just acting as an external reservoir.

Flow testing reveals that the oil cooler cap will outflow the Euro M3 Oil Filter Housing by more than 80% at the same, pressure, RPM, and oil temperature. In the upper RPM range, there is nearly a 100% improvement in flow from the RallyRoad oil cooler cap when compared to the Euro M3 oil filter housing.  This is a massive improvement over OE and is a worthwhile upgrade, especially in engines that see severe duty.

The O-ring failure in the CPV typically leads to slow oil leaks, and now you can address this issue at a fraction of the cost by replacing the O-ring instead of the entire CPV. Unlike the OEM Buna rubber, the new Viton Fluoroelastomer used in this O-ring is resistant to higher temperatures, ensuring prolonged life without leaks.
