Our Valved exhaust was designed specifically for your E46 and there are no other options on the market like this. Control the tone and volume of your exhaust with the click of a button. With the valves closed you have a nice low tone and hearty exhaust note. When the valves are open you get complete unrestricted access to sound and power for when your at the track or just in the mood to let it rip.

Our Turner catback features dual 2.0" stainless steel mid-pipes that connect directly to your factory downpipes. Within the mid-pipes is an integrated x pipe for a smooth flowing center section with lower amounts of back pressure which leads to increased performance and a smoother exhaust tone. The 2.0" mid-pipes crossover and flow into a 3" exhaust section and full 3" valved muffler. The muffler features integrated 3" exhaust tips for an aggressive look that fills out your rear diffuser to get the perfect appearance.

Valved exhausts of this caliber can be found on new performance models, super cars and overall cars way above the price ranges of a nice E46. Surprisingly enough some E46's did come with a type of vacuum actuated mufflers which opened and closed the exhaust under certain rpm ranges, unfortunately by now the factory valve is damaged or the muffler no longer actuates. Although the factory valved muffler on E46's were great in theory, there was very little change in tone and was limited by your driving style. Taking notes from the original engineering process from BMW, our engineers revitalized this cool technology and made it better. The final product is a light-weight performance exhaust that features superior valving and show stopping aesthetics!

With the factory intake you are limited to a finite amount of air, this leaves your engine under-served and limits induction noise. When it comes to the recipe for upgrading your E46 there are a few ingredients that you must have, power and sound. While you can add an exhaust for a bit more power and sound, the biggest difference you can make is adding power and sound under your hood with a high-flow intake. The factory intake box is also referred to as a silencer specifically designed to lower the induction noise for a refined driving experience, this helped exponentially when selling the cars out of the show room circa early 2000's. These 2-piece floating rotors help dissipate heat better than a standard cast iron rotor and are also lighter for less unsprung weight. Managing heat in the brake system is vital to braking performance, especially on the track or when driven hard. It's why your brake rotors have internal vanes that vent heat as the rotor spins. These 2-piece ECS rotors feature an outer cast iron friction surface ring that is separate from the aluminum center hat. This allows better airflow through the vanes and for the friction ring can expand as it gets hot. The rotors are also cross-drilled for better ventilation and slotted to improve brake pad performance.

ECS 2-Piece Rotors feature:

• Aluminum hats for light weight
• Heat-treated cast iron friction rings
• 2-piece assembly improves brake cooling
