SPL Parts is a performance suspension manufacturer that designs and tests their products all in-house here in the USA. Additionally, all materials used are sourced from American suppliers to ensure consistently high quality products. SPL Parts products are all constructed using 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, DOM mandrel bent tubing, and 6061 and 2024 aluminum for high strength and quality. All TIG welding and CNC machining is also done locally by professional welders and machine shops to meet exact quality standards and tolerance specifications. For anything from racing to street driven needs, SPL Parts offer an amazing line of premium quality products that are perfect to get your car back in spec.

These rear camber arms allow for significantly greater camber adjustment over stock, a major benefit to lowered cars that need their camber readjusted to prevent tire wear and poor handling. These camber arms also provide increased stability and predictability versus the stock camber arms with rubber bushings.

On 1992-1999 E36 chassis 3 series, the subframe mounts are known to suffer failures, particularly after many miles and/or harsher driving conditions. When subframe bushings fail, it wreaks havoc with your BMW's suspension alignment and geometry.

There are four bushings/mounts connecting the subframe to the chassis. These are the aft (rear) pair of bushings (stock) for the 1995-1999 M3 (E36), but can also be used on all 1992-1999 3 series (E36 chassis) BMW's as an upgrade over the stock subframe mounts. **We highly recommend also getting the fore (front) pair of rear subframe bushings as well. These are available seperately (pn# 33319059301), or they can be combined with these (simply select that you also want the forward-most pair as well on the drop-down box below).

Looking for an upgrade on a non-M E36? The slightly firmer rubber is more durable than the stock non-M subframe mounts, and as such we highly recommend these bushings for all E36 chassis 318i, 318is, 325i, 325is, 323is, 328i, and 328is.

These mounts are sold as a pair, so two are included for this price.

As Used on Project E36 M3
Original BMW chassis reinforcement developed for the special M3 LTW (Lightweight) model. This tubular-steel part connects the front subframe to the body and gives the car a more solid feel with less flex. Every convertible and Roadster model uses a similar design to address inherent chassis flex in the front of the car. Fits all E36 and Z3 chassis BMWs.

By adding this Genuine BMW Motorsport cross brace, you'll dramatically reduce that flex and movement in the front half of the body on your E36. This is a must-have on any BMW E36 that has an upgraded suspension, larger sway bars, is driven aggressively or sees ANY amount of track time. The Xbrace is a factory BMW Motorsport part, so design and fit are both great and the installation is straight forward and easy. Perhaps best of all is the low price compared to the impact the Motorsport X-brace has on the E36 chassis. If your car is a 1992-1996 model, be sure to select the option below so we include the proper hardware (nutserts) to use during installation (1997-1999 cars don't require them.)

The E36 Motorsport X Brace / Cross Brace fits:
1992-1995  E36   325i, 325is, 325ic
1996-1998  E36   328i, 328is, 328ic
1997-1999  E36   323is, 323ic
1992-1999  E36   318i, 318is, 318ic, 318ti

Upgrade your BMW's suspension with ECS Tuning Adjustable Sway Bar End Links, designed to provide up to 60mm (2.36") of adjustability. These end links allow you to eliminate sway bar preload or fine-tune it for specific racing needs and corner balancing. When installed, they improve drivetrain clearance and enhance sway bar responsiveness by reducing deflection, ensuring superior handling. Perfect for lowered vehicles using springs, coilovers, or air-ride suspension systems, these adjustable sway bar end links allow you to remove unwanted preload caused by changes in the center-to-center distance between sway bar mounting points. By adjusting the end links to a neutral position, you eliminate sway bar preload, enhancing suspension performance in various driving conditions.

The main body of the ECS Sway Bar End Links is crafted from strong, lightweight 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized red for superior corrosion resistance. Featuring left- and right-hand threaded center sections and machined hex wrench fittings, these end links allow for quick and easy on-the-car adjustments. Zinc-plated hardware ensures secure and lasting adjustments, while the heavy-duty ball joint ends come with weather-resistant rubber boots and stainless steel wire retainers, providing superior protection against salt, rain, and ozone for extended durability. Each kit also includes zinc-plated Nyloc nuts and hardened steel washers for secure installation and improved contact surface on the sway bar.

These end links are designed, engineered, and rigorously tested by ECS Tuning to ensure the highest quality. Whether you have a lowered or stock suspension, these adjustable sway bar end links are the perfect upgrade, offering a high-quality, heavy-duty replacement that fits your specific needs.

Features:

Range of Adjustment: 175mm (6.89") to 235mm (9.25") 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Construction: Red anodized for superior corrosion resistance Zinc-Plated Hardware: Provides durability and superior corrosion protection Right and Left-Hand Threaded Center Sections: Quick and simple on-the-car adjustments Heavy-Duty Ball Joints (M10x1.5): Weather-resistant rubber boots and stainless steel wire retainers for long-lasting durability NOTE: If you've modified your vehicle's suspension with aftermarket struts or coilovers, the mounting location for the sway bar end link may have moved. To confirm fitment with our adjustable end links, please measure the distance between the sway bar and the mounting location on the strut body with the vehicle at ride height and confirm that it is within the 175 - 235mm range of adjustment.

This single swaybar link is adjustable to eliminate preload on the front sway bar in E30 M3, E36 M3, E46, and Z4 models. Preload is tension on the bar when the car is at rest on the ground. Ideally, the bar should be neutral with zero tension on both ends (no twist in the bar at rest). Preload comes from inconsistent side-side ride height (such as with coil overs), a bent swaybar, a bent strut housing, or a chassis with bent or skewed frame rails. The handling is affected with a preloaded sway bar so removing that tension will give you more consistent handling and response. Preloading can also lead to premature failure of the link ball joints.

To remove preload you only need an adjustable link on one side of the car. Install your stock swaybar link on one side, lower the car to the ground, adjust the Turner link to meet the swaybar hole on the other side, and tighten everything up. Never install both sway bar links with the tires off the ground. Our link is made from a stock HD swaybar link with an easily adjusted hex rod in the middle.

One link or two? Technically, the remove preload only one link is required. However, there may be cases where having two links is better. Having an adjustable link on both sides of the car will allow you to better position the front sway bar for clearance or when a different racing style coil over is used.

Ball-joint failure in the front sway bar / swaybar link on the E36 M3, M Roadster and M Coupe is something that can't be avoided. If you are looking for a direct replacement Lemforder is an OEM supplier to BMW. How do you know if the link has gone bad? From inside the car you will hear a clunking noise when going over bumps. The clunk is a sure sign a ball joint (control arm, tie rod, swaybar link) has failed. Diagnosis with a set of channel-lock pliers will reveal a large amount of play in the ball joint itself.

OEM Lemförder is an engineering company that focuses on high-quality, precision manufacturing of critical suspension and steering components. Providing exceptionally high quality parts directly to BMW, as well as 50+ other big name automotive companies, such as Mercedes and Audi, their history of reliability and variety of offered parts makes them one of the biggest names for a go-to OEM parts provider. Lemförder parts place an important emphasis on design, production, and assembly, ensuring maximum reliability. They even coat all parts possible with corrosion protection for extended longevity.

As a leading source of high performance BMW parts and accessories since 1993, we at Turner Motorsport are honored to be the go-to supplier for tens of thousands of enthusiasts the world over. With over two decades of parts, service, and racing experience under our belt, we provide only quality performance and replacement parts.  All of our performance parts are those we would (and do!) install and run on our own cars, as well as replacement parts that are Genuine BMW or from OEM manufacturers. We only offer parts we know you can trust to perform!

TMS E36 solid sub-frame bushings are designed for track and racecars to remove twisting and flexing of the subframe where it mounts to the rear floor. This twisting is one of the causes of rear subframe/floor failure in E36 cars. We originally developed these for our SCCA SPEED World Challenge cars. A BMW's subframe is the heart of the suspension. Because the subframe is mounted with rubber isolators, when the subframe moves, so does the rest of the suspension mounting points. As the rubber wears and becomes more pliable, the alignment and suspension settings move even more. Replace the stock rubber bushings to limit drivetrain and suspension movement and keep your car set up the way it's supposed to be.

Our mounts are designed using a CAD program with further attention paid to making the mount as light as possible. We also notched the flanges to allow the use of the BMW factory removal tools. One front bushing is slotted to allow for compliance between manufacturing standards as BMW specifies. These bushings are CNC machined out of high grade billet aluminum.

Here at Turner we understand the importance of an upgrade that will get the results you need on the track and still be tolerable on the drive around town. When it comes to control arms on the track, making them as stiff as you can (usually using solid mounts) is the best way to increase your driving precision by eliminating the deflection of rubber. The next best thing to create a balance would be to stiffen up the control arm with polyurethane, giving you the option of a more stock like feel with 80a or closer to the solid feel with 95a durometers.

When it comes to the E36 chassis you also get the options of choosing a stock centered design or going with the E30 inspired offset bushing to increase castor, further taking advantage of improvd handling. These poly bushings will give your control arms a direct connection between your suspension and the body of the car eliminating the slop felt under take-off and braking so you feel more in control of your vehicle.

This item fits the following BMWs that use a centered-style bushing:

1984-1991 E30 BMW 318i, 318is, 325, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is

The Bilstein B8 Performance Plus Kit includes two front struts and two rear shocks. These shocks are for use with lowered springs such as from H&R or Eibach. We do not recommend that you use them with any factory spring, including factory sport package springs. With the increased damping rates from stock you will have much more control over body motions. These will give a much more buttoned down and taut feeling with lowering springs compared to stock shocks.

These shocks fit the following BMWs:

The B16 PSS9 coilovers offer a stiffer spring rate than stock and a lower ride height for less bodyroll and better handling. These are among the easiest coil over kits on the market - no special mounts required (works with stock mounts and sway bar links), larger adjustment knob allows for easy shock damping changes, and coil over spanner wrenches included for easy height changes. Bilstein backs up their technology with a limited lifetime warranty. TUV approved for fitment, safety, and quality!

Bilstein's monotube shock dampers in the PSS9 offer 9 precise settings for compression and rebound. A new setting is just a click away, allowing you to set a ride and handling combination that works for your setting. Instead of offering too many shock settings that you're never going to use, Bilstein has chosen ten optimal damping curves from a smooth street setting (P9) to an ultra-stiff track-only setup (P1). Shock changes are made from an easy-to-use over-sized adjuster knob.

Ride height adjustments are done from perches that ride on each shock body, which are zinc coated for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. You can set the ride height between 0.5 to 1.3 inches lower than stock ride height. Springs are progressively rated so their initial compression rating is quite soft and then becomes stiffer as the spring compresses. These are stiffer than most coil over kit manufacturers and the results of Bilstein's extensive testing on the German Nurgburgring and Autobahn.

The fitment of these is just like a standard shock and spring package. The front struts and rear shocks are compatible with the stock strut and shock mounts. You can re-use your own or choose a mount with additional features. Because the Bilstein design keeps the sway bar tab in the original location, you can re-use the stock sway bar links. Using the stock mounts keeps the cost and complexity down and allows for TUV certification. You can also be assured of the stock mount's quiet and long-lasting performance. The assembly of the front strut is the same as a the factory strut. In the rear, ride height is made by an adjustable spring perch that sits under the rear spring. Install instructions and diagrams included.

If you're looking for a supremely capable and high quality suspension, then look no further than the Bilstein PSS9. It combines all of the best German engineering with real-world development, and a lifetime warranty.

Fitment note: this system works only on cars not equipped with the factory EDC electronically adjustable shocks.

Featuring:

  • Largest available piston diameter for greater sensitivity and precise control.
  • Patented digressive piston head design and deflective valving instantly reacts to changing road conditions.
  • 9-way adjustable dampening knobs that "click" from soft to hard with no tools or jacking required.
  • Monotube design dissipates heat more effectively than a twin tube shock for cooler, more efficient operation and longer life.
  • Weather resistant coating to resist oxidization, and ensure long life.
  • Lighter weight reduces wear and tear on suspension components.
  • Wrenches to adjust front and rear ride height included!

Want a race-spec rear shock mount but with the comfort of a factory bushing? This ECS rear shock mount combines the precision and articulation of a spherical bearing with the isolation of urethane bushings. The stainless monoball bearing is lined with PTFE lubricant and suspended in 80A urethane and housed in a hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum mount. The spherical bearing is a better design than most rear shock mounts because it allows the shock to move and tilt without side-loading the shock shaft (which leads to premature failure of the shock). Most Genuine BMW and aftermarket shock mounts are not designed for shock angles and the stress that track or performance driving will put on the shock shaft. The ECS shock mount is properly designed to handle these loads. The internal bearing is also replaceable - it will be years before you have to replace the entire mount. The ECS mount is fully encapsulated to prevent the common shock mount failure of the stock mount design.

ECS RSM features:

  • Maintenance free, PTFE lined, stainless steel monoball spherical bearing for full shaft articulation
  • 80A polyurethane isolation bushings for NVH control
  • Accommodates 10mm, 12mm, or 14mm damper shafts
  • Fully constrained shaft mount makes RSM blow out impossible
  • Hard anodized 6061-T6 construction
  • Fully rebuildable design

* - the RSM comes with the BMW standard 10mm shock shaft bushings. 12mm is used on some performance shocks and 14mm is used on some true motorsport rear shocks.

Lowering your BMW does wonders for appearance and handling, but it also changes suspension geometry in ways that can hurt performance. As ride height changes, angles between the sway bar, control arms, and axles shift, which can cause binding, poor fitment, and added stress on the factory fixed-length end links. This is especially noticeable on cars equipped with coilover suspension, where slight height differences side to side can preload the sway bar and lead to inconsistent handling.

Our team of dedicated BMW enthusiasts set out to remedy this common issue with a set of Adjustable Rear Sway Bar End Links. Designed with performance in mind, they offer a fully adjustable range from 100mm to 120mm, helping eliminate preload, restore proper suspension alignment, and improve overall sway bar function. Constructed from high-quality billet aluminum, these end links are built to outlast the factory cast components and are finished with a black anodized coating for excellent corrosion resistance. Laser-etched wrench size markings allow for quick, easy adjustments while installed on the vehicle. Unlike the factory design, these end links use spherical rod ends at the control arm for increased responsiveness and a more direct handling feel. A unique knurled bushing design also ensures compatibility with the OEM sway bar, offering a first-to-market solution for enthusiasts looking to retain factory components.

Features & Benefits:

Adjustable from 100mm to 120mm Strong 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction Black anodized finish resists corrosion Spherical rod ends improve response and handling feel Polyurethane bushing with knurled bore helps retain grease Fits factory rear sway bars on E23, E24, E28, E30, and E36 Laser-etched markings for quick and easy adjustments

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. One of the tricks for getting your BMW to handle better is to add negative camber to the front wheels. This will put more of the tire's width in contact with the ground during cornering. With more rubber there is more grip. BMWs typically have less camber in the front to create understeer. But if you're running a stock setup on the track or autocross you are giving up speed and time as the front tires run out of grip sooner than they should. Made from aircraft grade aluminium, with stainless steels strut inserts and hardware for the ultimate in durability for street or track use. The built in reinforcement plate reduces the stress on the shock tower to reduce the chance of the shock towers tearing. With a maximum adjustment rang of -1.5 degrees camber per side, these plates will allow you to get your suspension right where you need it. NOTE: Will not fit with Bilstein Struts/Shocks. Can only be used with Linear style springs. Will not fit OE-Style Progressive / Barrel style springs. Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.  *Door Buster Special - New Product*
