These equal length, stainless steel headers replace the stock manifolds for an instant power and sound upgrade. The stock exhaust manifolds are compromises and severly restricted. This header kit opens up the exhaust for a less restrictive flow. There is a beautiful sound to go with the torque and horsepower improvements. OE BMW exhaust manifold mounting hex nuts. Best to replace when installing new headers or removing the old exhaust headers for any reason. We also recommend replacing the exhaust studs as well do to corrosion often building up on the end, preventing them from being removed or installed easily.
