The switch panel fits in your dash perfectly and features 5 switch ports with an added securing point to manage your wires nice and tidy. To make this switch panel so versatile it was designed to accept a standard rocker/toggle switch with a 1.46" x 0.83" mounting hole. Not only does ECS offer switches specific to your X5 lighting additions but they also have blank switches to control universal electronics and blank switch plates for opportunity to add later! The E53 switch panel idea originated from ECS engineer Mike Day when adding a full build out of lighting to his overland X5. The best ideas come from the people who are in the process of achieving a goal and find a solution to help them complete the job, but better! The switch panel was designed from a 3D scan of the E53 X5 interior and features OEM+ fitment to blend with your interior.
