Steering for BMW 1 Series E82 (2008-2013)

This is a replacement LEFT tie rod assembly for BMW E82 (except 1M), E9X RWD models (except M3), E84 X1 28i, and E89 Z4. This is a complete assembly including the outer and inner ball joints.

Connected to the steering rack, when these begin to go, there is often slack in the steering or popping ball joints. This could end up leading to extremely hazardous conditions and lead to loss of steering control.

Replacement steering rack boot includes 1 boot and 2 boot clamps. We recommend inspecting these boots while replacing tie rods or control arms. If these are cracked or damaged you should replace them. Sold individually.
