Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. A spacer fits between the wheel and the hub assembly. The wheel will be pushed further outboard by the thickness of the spacer. Spacers allow you to correct wheel offset issues when the wheel is too 'tucked in' to the bodywork, clear the wheel from contact with the suspension or inner bodywork, clear larger brakes, improve handling and stability by increasing track width, or simply to get the right look and stance. Our wheel spacers are compatible with almost any type of BMW wheel and are a direct fit to the wheel hub (see below for any fitment notes). Longer wheel bolts or wheel studs are required.

These latest generation of the Turner Motorsport Wheel Spacers represent a total redesign of the wheel spacer concept - a ground-up, clean sheet design based on our years of BMW service and motorsports. We took everything we have learned from our service technicians, customers, and race team crew and built the spacer to beat all spacers. We've been in the BMW wheel spacer business probably longer than anybody and when it came time to make our own spacers, a basic spacer design just wouldn't do. We had to make a spacer that is light weight (for lower unsprung mass), has a tough and durable coating to last through our New England winters, is easily removed (your mechanic will thank you), and is precisely engineered and manufactured for a proper fit on the hub and in the wheel. Extended Wheel Bolts

Required for all BMW wheel spacers is a set of longer wheel bolts or wheel studs. Spacers cannot be used with stock bolts. Our extended lug bolts are a very high quality and high grade steel lug bolt (grade 10.9). We offer two finishes to get you just the right look with your wheels - black zinc to maintain a factory BMW appearance or a bright zinc nickel finish to go with polished wheels. Zinc finishes are designed to withstand 700 hours of salt spray testing.

These adjustable caster/camber plates are the perfect complement to stock springs or lowering springs, and allow you to compensate for a lower stance or choose a more aggressive alignment for superior handling. Design Highlights include: preserves the correct E9X RWD geometry separate sliding camber and caster adjustments maximum shock travel lightweight durable materials large surface area ease of use The Turner E9X Non-M RWD Race Camber Plates are the most advanced design on the market. These are designed specifically for E90/92 Non-M RWD - no shortcuts or cookie-cutter components. Starting with a fresh design to make these very user friendly and easy to install and set up. The front suspension has unique geometry and the strut is mounted at an angle that can put significant side loading on the strut shaft if it's not located properly. The location and angles for the main bearing were carefully engineered to allow the proper motion ratio and strut angles during adjustment. This greatly reduces bending forces on the strut itself which improves performance and longevity. By designing for only one chassis, they were able to focus on what works best in that application - proper fitment and operation without unnecessary adapters, easy-to-use camber and caster adjustments, and an intelligent modular design. Another important feature of these Camber Plates is the size of the upper plate. The plates have a very large surface area to better spread strut forces through the strut tower. A smaller upper plate, like those found on competitor's kits, will localize strut forces and contribute to strut tower deformation ('strut tower mushrooming'). This is a very important feature especially as these cars get older and spend more time on the track. Deformed strut towers are a serious performance and safety concern and our camber plates are properly designed to handle the loads. The factory strut reinforcement plates are not required with these camber plates (but you can use them if you want to). Included is a hardware kit for use both 12mm and 14mm threaded strut shafts, as well as a square or tapered seats; no additional sleeves or bearing adapters required. The BMW N52 engine was deisgned with a crankcase vent system that relies on a heated oil separator valve to separate vapor from the liquid oil. Under ideal circumstances, the oil vapor would pass back into the intake and get burned up during normal combustion. The liquid oil would follow a path back down into the oil pan and be reused. This system is environmentally friendly but plagued with problems. The heating elements can fail or oil and carbon particles can block the oil separator valve. With no escape, the oil will continue to pool and collect in the valve cover or make its way into the combustion chamber leading to excessive oil consumption, blue smoke from the exhaust, idle and running issues. These issues are worse in colder climates where the freezing temperatures create an oil sludge condition that is impossible to clear. The plastic hoses can become brittle and crack which leads to vacuum leaks and oil leaks. Thankfully, the CCV is replaceable on the early N52 engines (2006 and some 2007 models) and should be inspected during a major service and any time the valve cover is off. Oil can also back up into the throttle body, which is easier to check than the oil separator itself. Later N52 engines do not have a serviceable oil vent as it is integrated into the valve cover and not a separate part.

This is a kit containing the oil separator, the vent hoses, and the intake manifold gaskets that are done during a typical oil separator replacement. Complete kit includes:

The intake manifold must be removed to access the oil separator so new profile gaskets are included. We also recommend (but not required) a new oil separator fitting on the intake manifold because it's one of the heated elements that vaporizes the oil as it enters the intake.

The oil separator can be replaced on its own but for a complete service we also recommend replacing the oil separator hoses and cleaning the valve cover. Any valve cover or intake manifold work should include a new oil separator valve.

These M3 rear upper link arms are an upgrade for the non-M cars. The stock non-M arms are made from sheetmetal and tends to flex and bend under even moderate cornering loads. These pedal covers feature pyramid shaped spikes on the brake pedal, which actually BITE the soles of your shoes PERFECTLY, creating the ultimate (and unbeatable) friction surface where you want it. The throttle pedal is left smooth, so that your foot can roll on and off the gas smoothly. The automatic transmission set includes 2 pieces -- one brake pedal and one throttle/gas pedal.

Our pedals are anodized for a beautiful cosmetic finish that resists chips and flaking. Stainless steel hardware is included, as well as a basic installation guide (professional installation always recommended). Made in the USA If you're installing racing rear shocks with a spherical bearing end you will need this adapter mount for the top of the rear shock. Spherical or rod-end bearings are common on race shocks but they are somewhat universal and mounts are not usually included. We designed and engineered these mounts for our E9X M3 and E90 328i IMSA/CTSCC racecars. Our cacing upper shock mount is machined out of aircraft grade aluminum with a tough anodize finish and high grade hardware. Due to the wide variety of spherical bearings and rod-ends found on race shocks, the bushing kit is sold seperately (see chart for bushing sizes).
