The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

These o-rings are made to OE specifications and are a direct replacement for the seal found in your factory or aftermarket charge pipe.

The Black Market Parts Charge Pipe for N54 Forward Facing Manifold is custom fabricated to fit beautiful with our Forward Facing Manifolds. 3" multi-ply silicone boot with enough length to fit any aftermarket intercooler* (trimming is needed for some intercoolers as it is to long) and necessary T-bolt clamps come inside the box along with hardware for securing the map sensor. This pipe features full 3" pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body and is compatible with TIAL blow off valves. The map sensor port is compatible with both the stock map sensor as well as the 3.5bar map sensor used by the community at higher boost levels. *Not compatible with intercoolers with factory style quick connects such as OE
