If your valve cover is leaking oil or a bad seal is causing vacuum issues and check engine lights, we recommend replacing your seals with this complete valve cover gasket kit! This kit includes all of the main gaskets and o-ring seals used by BMW to seal your valve cover to the cylinder head. Included: Victor Reinz Left & Right Valve Cover Gaskets Genuine BMW Oil Separator Seal O-rings - Two Per Valve Cover Genuine BMW Crankshaft Position Sensor O-Rings - Two Per Valve Cover URO Spark Plug Tubes w/ Gaskets If you are not replacing your valve cover, we also recommend inspecting the grommets found on the valve cover bolts. Over time these can compress or split, leading to insufficient sealing of the valve cover to the cylinder head due to a lack of pressure. BMW does not offer these grommets separately from their individual valve cover bolts, but NRW Design came in clutch with their Silicone Valve Cover Grommet Kit.

Our Stage 1 kit features a cold-air intake kit and performance software for a staggering increase in power and torque. This premium package is offered with the aFe Elite Intake and Cobb AccessPort tuner. The Elite intake kit completely maximizes airflow - drawing in air from grille-mounted ducts for a 'ram-air' effect. Each duct flows through a channel into the airbox where it meets a aFe Pro5R filter designed especially for this application. This is our favorite system for the 335 as it is very well engineered, fits well, and almost looks factory. There are no open filter elements to get loaded with dirt. The kit is supplied complete with an aFe Pro5R filter, airbox, intake tube, sealing materials, hardware, and install instructions. The torque increase from low-mid RPM is sensational.

We have paired the aFe Elite with the Cobb AccessPort performance software. The Cobb software tool puts multiple tuning stages in the palm of your hand. Our Stage 1 Performance Package is aligned with the Cobb Stage 1 tuning map. Simply plug it in, select the Stage 1 map with your octane preference, and install. Select different maps for other upgrades, throttle settings, octane ratings, valet mode, or revert back to stock! If you're moving up in Stages simply download a new file from the Cobb website and update your AccessPort programmer! The AccessPort triples as a diagnostic tester/reader and a data logger. It's the most feature-packed programmer on the market today.

We have taken the guesswork out of choosing the best upgrades for the N54 engine. If you follow the upgrade path we have laid out you will have very satisfying and reliable results. This Stage 1 package is a great 'bang for the buck' upgrade - this power kit makes more power and torque at every RPM and makes a great sound every time you dip into the throttle.

Introducing the comprehensive N54/N55 Low-Pressure Fueling Solution! With Radium Engineering's Regulated Fuel Hanger Surge Tank at its core, this kit allows you to tailor your fuel pump setup, select an in-line fuel filter, and opt for a wiring kit for multiple LPFP configurations in your N54 or N55-powered E9X 335i. In this setup, the BMW fuel pump serves as a "lift" pump, maintaining fuel volume in the Fuel Hanger Surge Tank via a dedicated orifice. This guarantees sufficient pressure for the venturi jet pump(s) to operate, ensuring consistent fuel delivery. Excess fuel in the FHST cycles back to the OEM tank through a one-way check valve ensuring a steady fuel supply. Unlike conventional surge tanks, which rely on pump flow matching, this FHST employs additional mechanisms to continuously deliver fuel regardless of fluctuations in other fuel sources. When the main tank nears depletion, the lift pump and Fuel Pressure Regulator step in to supply fuel to the FHST. Furthermore, with a boost reference signal (Hobbs Switch), the Fuel Pressure Regulator operates at a 1:1 ratio, allowing fuel pressure to rise proportionally with boost pressure. The low-pressure fuel returning from the Fuel Pressure Regulator is routed back into the surge tank to maintain its fullness. Inside the canister, a 6-hole diverter ensures even fuel dispersion without air bubbles or foaming. The stainless electrical studs included effectively handle high current demands, surpassing the capabilities of compact bulkhead connectors. These resilient connections are sealed against all standard and exotic fuels, with non-conductive acorn nuts provided to prevent accidental short circuits. The kit also includes the necessary electrical hardware for one Walbro fuel pump and the OEM level sender, while the in-tank wiring is insulated with premium chemically resistant ETFE for enhanced durability. If you are planning on running more than one LPFP, you will need to select the Hobbs Switch option for boost reference (to be installed on the manifold or charge pipe), as well as the fuel pump wiring kit!
