BMW Engine Parts for BMW 3 Series E93 (2007-2013)

From the factory, BMW S65 valve cover bolts feature integrated non-serviceable grommets. These rubber seals tend to weaken, becoming brittle after years of heat and oil exposure. Replacing these bolts and integrated grommets can total over $280

To address this issue, NRW has developed a solution: a silicone replica of the factory rubber grommet, boasting a superior heat resistance of 170 degrees Celsius compared to the original's 120 degrees Celsius. Each kit contains 26 grommets, enough to service both valve covers.

The factory magnesium valve covers on the S65 engine are known for developing micro-porosity, corrosion, and persistent oil leaks over time. This material is highly susceptible to oxidation, leading to unsightly surface imperfections, weakened gasket channels, and sealing issues that a simple gasket replacement won't fix.

Upgrade to this high-strength aluminum valve cover set, engineered as a direct-fit replacement for your aging OEM covers. Unlike magnesium, aircraft-grade aluminum offers superior durability, enhanced heat resistance, and complete immunity to the corrosion issues that plague factory covers. Whether you're refreshing a high-mileage M3 or seeking long-term reliability, this upgrade ensures a leak-free, worry-free solution for your S65.

This valve cover set includes gaskets, bolts, and oil separators for a comprehensive replacement.

Features:

Eliminates the common porosity and corrosion issues found in factory magnesium covers.

Helps maintain optimal engine temperatures and enhances long-term reliability.

Gloss red finish provides a much-needed boost in engine bay aesthetic.

Designed for an OEM-like installation without modifications.

Reduces the risk of oil leaks, ensuring a proper seal.

Resistant to oxidation and chemical exposure for a long-lasting clean look.

BMW N20 N52 N55 Timing Chain addresses the common issue of timing chain stretch and rattling over time. Although BMW designates the timing chain as a lifetime part, many enthusiasts choose to replace it preemptively. Turner Motorsport offers this direct-fit replacement for those needing to replace a worn or damaged timing chain without opting for a full kit.

• Direct Fit Replacement: Perfect for replacing a stretched or broken timing chain.
• High-Quality Construction: Ensures durability and reliability in maintaining engine timing.
• Ease of Installation: Designed to fit precisely without requiring additional modifications.
• Ideal for Maintenance: A practical choice for enthusiasts who prefer to change the timing chain independently of a full kit.

This is an OEM INA Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulleys are known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).

OEM Schaeffler (INA, LuK, & FAG) is an engineering company that focuses on high-performance, precision manufacturing. With their individual brands INA, Luk, and FAG providing exceptionally high quality parts directly to BMW, as well as countless other automotive companies, their history of reliability and variety of offered parts makes Schaeffler a go-to replacement parts provider for all of us here at Turner Motorsport.

As a leading source of high performance BMW parts and accessories since 1993, we at Turner Motorsport are honored to be the go-to supplier for tens of thousands of enthusiasts the world over. The valve cover gasket seals the valve cover to the cylinder head, preventing oil leaks and maintaining engine integrity. Over time, exposure to high engine temperatures causes the gasket's rubber construction to degrade, leading to significant oil leaks. This often presents as a noticeable "burning oil" smell at idle, caused by oil dripping from the valve cover onto the hot exhaust manifolds.

If your valve cover gasket is failing, restore proper sealing and prevent further leaks with this premium OE replacement from Bremmen Parts.

Note: This gasket is designed for the right-side cylinder bank (cylinders 5-8). For the left-side cylinder bank (cylinders 1-4), see T#36913370.
