BMW Engine Parts for BMW 3 Series E93 (2007-2013)

Upgrade your BMW's engine bay with the Aluminum Valve Cover 11127552281M to eliminate leaks and add a touch of style. This high-quality valve cover ensures a secure seal, preventing leaks and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of your BMW.

• Aluminum Valve Cover for BMW
• Eliminates leaks for improved engine performance
• Adds style to the engine bay
• High-quality construction for durability and reliability

The factory magnesium valve covers on the S65 engine are known for developing micro-porosity, corrosion, and persistent oil leaks over time. This material is highly susceptible to oxidation, leading to unsightly surface imperfections, weakened gasket channels, and sealing issues that a simple gasket replacement won't fix.

Upgrade to this high-strength aluminum valve cover set, engineered as a direct-fit replacement for your aging OEM covers. Unlike magnesium, aircraft-grade aluminum offers superior durability, enhanced heat resistance, and complete immunity to the corrosion issues that plague factory covers. Whether you're refreshing a high-mileage M3 or seeking long-term reliability, this upgrade ensures a leak-free, worry-free solution for your S65.

This valve cover set includes gaskets, bolts, and oil separators for a comprehensive replacement.

Features:

Eliminates the common porosity and corrosion issues found in factory magnesium covers.

Helps maintain optimal engine temperatures and enhances long-term reliability.

Gloss red finish provides a much-needed boost in engine bay aesthetic.

Designed for an OEM-like installation without modifications.

Reduces the risk of oil leaks, ensuring a proper seal.

Resistant to oxidation and chemical exposure for a long-lasting clean look.

BMW N20 N52 N55 Timing Chain addresses the common issue of timing chain stretch and rattling over time. Although BMW designates the timing chain as a lifetime part, many enthusiasts choose to replace it preemptively. Turner Motorsport offers this direct-fit replacement for those needing to replace a worn or damaged timing chain without opting for a full kit.

• Direct Fit Replacement: Perfect for replacing a stretched or broken timing chain.
• High-Quality Construction: Ensures durability and reliability in maintaining engine timing.
• Ease of Installation: Designed to fit precisely without requiring additional modifications.
• Ideal for Maintenance: A practical choice for enthusiasts who prefer to change the timing chain independently of a full kit.

The valve cover gasket seals the valve cover to the cylinder head, preventing oil leaks and maintaining engine integrity. Over time, exposure to high engine temperatures causes the gasket's rubber construction to degrade, leading to significant oil leaks. This often presents as a noticeable "burning oil" smell at idle, caused by oil dripping from the valve cover onto the hot exhaust manifolds.

If your valve cover gasket is failing, restore proper sealing and prevent further leaks with this premium OE replacement from Bremmen Parts.

Note: This gasket is designed for the right-side cylinder bank (cylinders 5-8). For the left-side cylinder bank (cylinders 1-4), see T#36913370.

BMW N52 3.0L, N55 3.0L Timing Chain Tensioner With Guard Rail

Ensure proper engine performance and prevent catastrophic damage with the BMW N52 3.0L, N55 3.0L Timing Chain Tensioner With Guard Rail. This essential component maintains tension on the timing chain, preventing slack that can lead to skipped teeth and engine failure.

Benefits:

• Maintains proper tension on the timing chain
• Prevents skipped teeth and potential engine damage
• Includes guard rail for added protection
• Quiets noisy timing chains

Keep your BMW engine running smoothly and reliably with the BMW N52 3.0L, N55 3.0L Timing Chain Tensioner With Guard Rail.

This eccentric shaft is a vital component of your BMW's N55 Valvetronic system, responsible for precise control of valve lift. In the N55 engine, the Valvetronic system uses intermediate levers between the camshaft and lifters to adjust valve lift dynamically. These levers are actuated by this eccentric shaft, which is rotated by an electronically controlled motor under the direction of the engine computer.

Eccentric shaft failure is a common issue in N55 engines, often caused by inadequate lubrication due to extended oil change intervals. The most frequent failure occurs when the eccentric shaft gear wears down, leading to disengagement from the motor's worm drive. Symptoms include multiple fault codes, such as P1014 (Shaft Parity Error), P1017 (Shaft Sensor Plausibility), P1023 (Valvetronic Adjustment Range), and P10E1 (Valvetronic System No Travel Detected).

If your BMW is experiencing Valvetronic-related fault codes, a failing eccentric shaft could be the source of the problem. Opt for this premium direct replacement from Bremmen Parts to restore your Valvetronic system's functionality and ensure a durable, high-quality repair.
