Dinan sway bars are carefully engineered to match the driving dynamics of each BMW chassis. Dinan's research and development finds the ideal balance between improved handling while maintaining a comfortable ride. This set has been fine-tuned for the E90/E92 chassis to reduce bodyroll, improve steering and turn-in response, and reduce understeer. The front bar is hollow tubular steel for light weight with adjustable ends to dial in the handling characteristics. The rear bar is non-adjustable. These are the same sway bars used in Dinan's Stage 1 suspension and work best with Dinan shocks and springs or a similar sport suspension and wider rear tires.

Airflow efficiency and maximizing the potential of the stock intake design were the keys to development for the Dinan S65 intake. Dinan improves on the factory air box system by using a larger K&N filter combined with a precision molded carbon fiber intake tube. The increased amount of air feeds the engine and elicits a slightly more audible and sporty tone over its stock counterpart. Dinan claims 8hp and 5ft-lb torque gain with this kit.

High oil temps are one of the triggers that causes the engine electronics to curtail boost, cut power, and possibly switch to limp mode. The stock oil system was not designed with enough cushion for running more boost. We have seen limp modes come from stock vehicles on the race track. To prevent limp modes and reduced performance, Dinan has developed this oil cooler kit with much more surface area than stock.
The Dinan oil cooler kit fits in the stock location behind the front spoiler on the passenger side of the car. This is an ideal location to maximize the ram air effect from the front bumper. New air ducts and vents into the wheel well help improve air flow. PTFE hoses with race-quality fittings and all hardware are included for install. Some Dinan oil cooler kits can even be used to upgrade cars that never came with an oil cooler. Once you see the Dinan oil cooler side-by-side with the factory cooler, you will understand why it's so much better. The Dinan cooler is bigger in every way - larger capacity, greater surface area, and more cooling tubes.
