This BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2007-2010 BMW 335i (E9X) L6-3.0L (tt) N54 engines, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 5" bar and plate core design. This design outflows the factory tube and fin core design, while the 3/16" TIG-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability. In testing, this intercooler showed gains up to +14 horsepower and +18 lbs. x ft. without any type of tune, and dropped the intake air temperature up to 10 degrees.

End Tanks: 
The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16" thick aluminum plates and include two 1/8" NPT ports for sensors or water-methanol injection.

5" Bar and Plate Core Design:
The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and increased heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the factory.

TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-Welded inside and out by a certified craftsmen for strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds while reducing stress cracks.

Pressure Tested: 
The BladeRunner Intercooler is test pressure rated at 200psi.

Perfect Fit:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation. The billet 2 1/2" intercooler inlet utilizes a factory style quick connect to assure compatibility with the factory hot side inlet tube. The supplied cold side tube retains the factory style throttle body quick connect and retains the factory diverter valve connections. This kit will not work with the factory cold side intercooler tubing.

Reinforced Silicone:
These couplings feature high temperature 5-Ply reinforced silicone material which meet or exceed SAEJ20 Standard.

Durable Couplings:
Allow for expansion, movement, and extreme vibration between two hard pipes while reducing the possibility of connections coming apart or having your hard pipe or other equipment break.

This awesome Mach Force XP Down Pipe produces 14 horsepower and 39 lbs. x ft. of torque at 1900 RPM. The Mach Force XP down pipe is constructed of mandrel bent, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing and flanges and uses all factory mounting locations. Using a unique resonance chamber to capture sound waves and minimize exhaust "drone", this system produces an aggressive tone on throttle but a smooth sound at cruising speeds without affecting performance. This down pipe is 100% TIG-Welded. Note: this product will activate the check engine light.

This part alters or deletes the emissions equipment on your car, and may not meet emissions standards in all states. Because of this, we require a waiver of emissions compliance to be signed and sent in to TMS. You can download the waiver here.

These 5-ply silicone reinforced couplers are capable of withstanding high temperatures and include new hose clamps. Designed for factory intercooler and aFe tubes.

This system is constructed of 2.50" diameter, mandrel bent, TIG-welded, 304 stainless steel, brushed finish tubing and uses all factory mounting locations for an approximate 1 hour install time. In recent testing, this exhaust system produced 12 horsepower and 11 lbs. x ft. of torque. This unique system utilizes 3.5" diameter 304 polished laser etched quad tips that fit perfectly in your stock bumper cutouts.

304 Stainless Steel:
This unique exhaust system uses 2.5" diameter 304 stainless steel that is TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish.

304 Stainless Steel Polished Quad Tips:
3.5" diameter polished tips are used for and aggressive yet sporty look.

Dual Mufflers:
The dual mufflers consist of a single in, dual out, free flowing design, giving an agressive sound at high RPM's, yet maintaining a suttle tone at cruising speeds.

Uses OE Mounting Locations:
This system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation with no modifications neccessary.
