What's better than using standard connecting rod bearings in your next engine build? Using our Turner Motorsport WPC-treated bearings! Our process begins with King Engine Bearings bearing shells. Designed with performance and load capacity in mind, King's SV Series bearings feature a Lead-free, tri-metal Silver-based overlay with a Babbitt plating made to provide seizure resistance. Ideal for extreme-load engines, it serves as an OE replacement and can be employed as a sputter replacement. Despite offering great wear and friction resistance, the engineers at Turner Motorsport saw an opportunity to further improve King's bearing design with WPC surface treatment. WPC reduces friction and adds strength, vastly enhancing the durability of critical internal engine components. Ultra-fine particles are fired at the surface at very high speeds—similar to shot-peening, but on a much smaller scale. The treated parts come out smoother and stronger due to thermal discharge. The Schwaben oxygen sensor wrench has a six-point pivot head to provide a secure grip on stubbornly tight oxygen sensors located in awkward, inaccessible locations.
This is an OEM INA Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulleys are known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).

Instructions:
1. Position the Ring: Place the piston ring on the outer edge against the stop and align the ends squarely against the grinding wheel. Apply light, even pressure against the wheel to prevent grinding too large a gap. 2. Operate the Tool: Turn the handle so the grinding wheel turns towards the inside edge of the ring (counter-clockwise when viewed from the handle side of the tool). 3. Exercise Caution: This is a diamond grinding wheel. It cuts fast!
Checking Piston Ring Gap:
1. Deburr the Ring Ends: Carefully remove any burrs on the ring ends before placing the ring in the bore. A light touch with a fine abrasive stone works well. 2. Clean the Rings: Thoroughly clean the rings with lacquer thinner or acetone, as the paint coating from the factory may occasionally scratch the cylinder bore. Always wear gloves during this process. 3. Position the Ring in the Cylinder: Place the ring squarely in the cylinder bore, about 1" down from the deck surface. An upside-down flat-top piston will help you properly square the ring. 4. Measure the End Gap: Use a feeler gauge to measure the ring's end gap. Apply light grinding pressure and check frequently to avoid making the end gap too large.

The rear main oil seal or crankshaft seals is one of the most difficult to replace. However, they often fail, and when they do, your car will be marking it's territory with little oil drops wherever you park. Apart from making a mess, it can also cause oil to come in contact with the clutch surface. Replace yours and keep your oil in your engine.

The oxygen sensor is vital to the performance and drivability of your car. The engine computer relies on data from the sensor to make adjustments in engine efficiency and performance. When your BMW oxygen sensor fails, the computer can no longer sense the air/fuel ratio, so it ends up guessing -- resulting in poor performance, poor gas mileage, and increased pollution. Make sure your BMW engine performs as it should, and doesn't use more fuel than it needs to, by simply changing your oxygen sensor today. There is no lifespan on O2 sensors but there are several fault codes that indicate a failed sensor (O2 monitoring, cat efficiency, O2 heating circuit, O2 readiness, and others). The O2 sensor is heated and has a self-calibration feature so once you get the codes or feel performance has suffered, a new sensor is a good starting point to get you back to peak performance. Bosch's Oxygen sensors are high quality and will give you the the longest and best performance for the price.
