Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane differential bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. BMW introduced a new valvetronic, single turbo version of its direct-injection engine for the F-Chassis models beginning in 2012. The Active Autowerke N55 downpipe for the M235i, 335i, 435i and M2 helps unleash some of the potential that is restricted by the OEM downpipe. Turbochargers are powered by spent exhaust gases created during the combustion process. The quicker these gases are evacuated, the better. Unfortunately, the factory down pipe in the N55 is quite restrictive, which results in slower exhaust gases and slower turbo spool. The Active Autowerke F-Chassis N55 Signature down pipe utilizes 3.5” diameter stainless steel piping in order to provide more power, quicker spool, and extreme durability. This variant includes a 4.5" high flow GESI catalytic converter that will NOT produce a CEL! The GESi® G-Sport Ultra High Output Catalytic Converter features full 304 stainless steel construction, including the substrate. GESi® UHO-Series Catalytic Converters are EPA certified in 49 states and fully OBD2 compliant. GESi® proprietary precious metal loading technology ensures greatly reduced emissions, eliminating most "Check Engine Lights". These high flow catalytic converters outperform stock converters and provide a reliable solution to the most common catalytic converter problems. The GESi® UHO-Series Catalytic Converters are rated for engines putting out between 500 and 850 horsepower while maintaining a high flow capacity. The reduced back-pressure from this high flow catalytic converter will allow you to maximize your engines horsepower without the harmful emissions. Say goodbye to Check Engine Lights and failed emissions tests! Please Note: These catalytic converters are not legal for use on vehicles registered in the state of California as a result of California Vehicle Code Section 27156 and 38391.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

A larger down pipe relieves some of this pressure, resulting in quicker and more efficient spool. With Active Autowerke's Signature downpipe, your N20 can rev quicker, and deliver more horsepower and torque. Minimizing back pressure while remaining daily drive-ability was the goal of our N20 downpipe. Owners can now upgrade to a product that is affordable, reliable, and easy to install. After months of research and development, our engineers settled on a 3.5 diameter pipe which utilizes the least number of bends possible. However, the Signature N20 down pipe still fits easily into the OEM location, with a painless installation process. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel with 1.5MM wall thickness, we are confident that you'll be pleased with how robust and durable this down pipe is. Trouble-free installation and a long lifespan ensure that you'll enjoy many miles of performance with your N20!

Stock rubber control arm bushings give a disconnected and mushy feel to the front suspension, especially when worn, as the bushing deflects more than it should. You get sloppy steering, vibrations, and poor handling which makes the car feel unstable. These urethane bushings are stiffer than stock rubber and will not deflect as much. This helps keep the alignment in check with less variation. The car feels more planted and confidence-inspiring. True BMW performance, durability, and attractive weight advantages with innovative features place the Active Autowerke BMW F3x 335i exhaust in a class of its own. And now Active Autowerke has developed Gen 2 of this model which has been enhanced to take advantage of the OEM valve system. This system is constructed from 100% Brushed 304-stainless steel and features adjustable brushed Active Autowerke double-walled tips. And now the improved sound becomes more pronounced when the valve is opened by the ECU. Rather than creating a complete exhaust system, Active Autowerke opted for a compact design built in a smaller package to deliver more value. The Active Autowerke F3x 335i Gen 2 BMW Rear Exhaust System provides an increase in horsepower, better sound and appearance making it the choice for the avid BMW enthusiast. The system is a straight-through design providing substantial improvements to gas flow over the factory exhaust. Our innovative muffler can design provides maximum volume with the exhaust valve open for a true sport sound. This exhaust delivers a wide-open sound, a solid 15+hp boost and key gains in the midrange with the valve open while the sound comes out nonintrusive with a rich mellow tone with the valve closed. Just like replacing the BMW factory rear exhaust, the Active Autowerke BMW Performance rear exhaust does it in much the same way, if not better by using a much beefier, heavy-duty TORCA style exhaust clamp. TORCA clamps are known for their strength and sealing capabilities to make that tight seal. Other features like height-adjustable mounting tabs make this exhaust easy to install. Key Features: Large mandrel bent piping for maximum flow Uses factory valve system for maximum exhaust sound Durable, Brushed 100% 304 stainless steel for durability Double-walled signature brushed, black or carbon stainless tips Adjustable Tips with Embossed Active Autowerke Logo Improved power & torque throughout entire RPM band Gains of 12-15 HP over stock configuration Tight seal with use of TORCA style exhaust clamps Height adjustable mounting brackets make installation easy Factory curb weight 27.0 Lbs, Active 335i weighs 22.0 Lbs Fitment for Coupe, Convertible and Sedans Complete illustrated instruction manual Two-year warranty Applications: BMW F30 335i, xi (Sedan) BMW F32 435i, xi (Coupe) BMW F33 435i, xi (Convertible) BMW F36 435i (Coupe)
