Charge Pipes & Turbo Inlets for BMW 4 Series F32 (2014+)

The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

The turbocharger coolant line plays a critical role in your vehicle's cooling system, helping to regulate heat and ensure the turbocharger operates efficiently. These lines, which include both inlet and return components, are typically constructed from durable materials such as metal, rubber, or plastic composites.

Over time, repeated heat cycles and aging can cause these lines to degrade, leading to cracks, leaks, and compromised cooling performance. If left unresolved, a failing coolant line can result in engine overheating and potential turbocharger damage. For vehicles with composite plastic lines, replacing them during any removal or maintenance is highly recommended to maintain a secure seal and reliable operation.

The factory charge pipes are made of plastic, which is fine for stock boost levels but does not hold up well under higher boost levels. The solution is to replace that plastic piece with a hard aluminum one from Evolution Racewerks. 6061 high-grade aluminum not only stands up to whatever you can throw at it, but it looks great at the same time. Don't risk detonating that 400.00 plastic pipe from BMW. Swap yours out and avoid the headache of needing to call a tow-truck or drive home in limp. Features: Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag. Lightweight High Grade 6061 Aluminum Piping. Replaces the factory soft plastic charge pipe that is prone to breaking under high boost.
