This fuel pump is the OEM equivalent to BMW part number 13518604231 and supersedes BMW part number 13517610761. This bolt attaches the high-pressure fuel pump to the engine's cylinder head. Any time this bolt is removed to remove or replace the high-pressure fuel pump, it should be replaced with a brand new bolt as it is a single-use bolt per BMW. This bolt comes pre-applied with thread sealant to prevent oil leaks.
