Here at Turner Motorsport, we CAD design everything in house - our N55 engine covers are no exception. While designing our N55 carbon intake, we were unimpressed with the factory plastic beauty cover and wanted to give F30 335i owners an option that looked great with our intake and also exposed more of the engine's cold side. We did this to give your bay more of a performance aesthetic, taking cues from previous forced induction BMWs (I'm looking at you, N54). Our engine covers are hand-laid 2x2 twill carbon fiber, offered in matte or gloss finishes. The kit includes an OEM BMW roundel, to maintain an OE+ aesthetic in your F30's engine bay. We recommend pairing our engine covers with our Turner Motorsport carbon fiber N55 intakes to complete the performance look under your 335i's hood.

When we designed this catch we wanted to have the most function options available, the best separation method, and the easiest to service. The Turner engineered catch cans offer a pre-setup design based ion desired flow direction, however this does not limit you to this flow. The inner baffle orientation can be easily adjusted to flow in both directions in case you decide to move this catch can to a different vehicle. A 4 chamber system baffle system inside the catch can was engineered to create multiple changes in the direction of airflow within the separator to cause oil droplets to fall out of suspension before exiting the catch can. Having a closed / recirculated design reduces oil ingestion and promotes cleaner emissions and odor-less operation.
Our catch can was also designed with the idea that the cans fill level can easily be checked with a top mounted dipstick and an optional use bottom drain hole. The drain system comes complete with a valve and hose to be mounted at a lower area of the vehicle so when you're doing an oil change you can drain the catch can.

Ignition coils are key to the efficiency and performance of your BMW. With a faulty coil the spark plug is not burning the air/fuel mixture properly and that can lead to problems anywhere in the engine and exhaust (including catalytic converters and O2 sensors). Problems with one or more coils will cause a fault code but not always a check engine light. A misfire code may be related to an ignition coil but could be from other things as well. Sometimes a visual inspection of a coil and coil boot will give an indication of a failure. You can also move coils around to different cylinder banks to see if the misfire code follows a suspect coil. We suggest always having one or two coils on hand to keep as spares.
This is the current replacement for some BMW 6 and 8-cylinder engines built in the late 2000s and after. BMW has made numerous changes to ignition coil part numbers in recent years but has approved this part number to work in the vehicles listed below. It's listed as a replacement coil for N20, N55, and S55 engines. In March 2015 BMW approved it for N51/N52 engines. This part number replaces the previous BMW part number 12137594937 for the cars listed below.

Though BMW's B58 engine has proven to be mostly reliable, it does have one well-known problem, failure of the PCV Valve. This issue is especially common on cars with upgraded turbos. This relay is used for the SMG system on the E46 M3 and various applications including secondary air systems on other BMW's. This means that you won't have to worry about being stranded on the side of the road while waiting for your EKP module to cool down, especially when you've installed a large low-pressure fuel pump such as a Walbro 525lph. How does the integrated automatic cooling work? The integrated automatic cooling works by us installing a thermal activation switch directly onto the new half-bridge IC. When the half-bridge IC reaches 50°C, the 40mm fan will turn on and keep running until the IC is below 50°C or until the EKMP3 stops receiving power. Can I run more than 1 low-pressure fuel pump off of this module? No. We do not recommend that you use more than one low-pressure fuel pump with any EKP module due to the factory wiring supplying power to the EKP Module is only 12 gauge, which is not rated for the type of power demands that two low-pressure fuel pumps would require.
