The factory plastic oil pan and limited oil capacity compromise cooling efficiency and long-term reliability, especially during high-performance use. With this in mind, we set out to engineer a solution that elevates durability, thermal management, and fluid control to match the transmission’s world-class performance.

We've designed a permanent, high-performance replacement for the flawed OEM pan: a cast-aluminum, increased-capacity upgrade that enhances cooling and durability. Its all-aluminum construction provides a significant upgrade over the OE plastic pan, which is prone to cracking when impacted by road debris. Engineered for those who demand more from their vehicle, our design increases fluid capacity to promote superior cooling and help maintain optimal transmission temperatures, even in the most demanding conditions.

To ensure a leak-free seal, we engineered a heavy-duty Viton gasket specific to their transmission pan design. The Viton material provides exceptional reliability under high temperatures and resists deformation—a common failure point of the factory rubber gasket. For further protection, integrated magnets actively attract and hold metal debris that could otherwise compromise the transmission's longevity. This innovative design keeps your fluid clean and extends the overall life of your drivetrain.

From the factory, all BMW models are equipped with soft rubber or fluid-filled engine mounts. While these mounts perform well at isolating drivetrain vibrations, they are prone to degradation and allow for significant drivetrain movement. This often results in a loose-feeling driveline, missed shifts, and a generally disconnected driving feel.

To address these issues, We have developed a performance alternative. Constructed from 6061 Billet Aluminum, these mounts are built to last. While most performance drivetrain mounts feature solid or polyurethane-bonded aluminum construction, the engineers at Turner designed a unique four-piece design that disburses NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). This multi-piece design offers the added benefit of serviceability. Additionally, encapsulating the polyurethane and adding a TecaPeek isolator prevents heat transfer to the insert, increasing the lifespan and durability of the mount.

Red Line 75W90 is a full synthetic high-performance gear oil that is an excellent substitute for expensive factory fluid and an upgrade over off-the-shelf economy fluid. Red Line thoroughly evaluates the manufacturer's recommendations and only makes a fluid recommendation if their own product meets or exceeds the original specification. In many cases the Red Line synthetic will outperform the factory supplied fluids. We've been using Red Line Oil in our BMWs since we opened in 1994 and it remains our best selling BMW differential fluid. 75/90 is the weight most commonly used in BMW differentials since the 1960s, including the factory clutch-type limited-slip diffs (exceptions being M3/M5/M6 cars since 2001). We use 75W90 in nearly all BMW chassis and the custom differentials that we sell. RED LINE MT-90 is designed to provide excellent protection and improved shiftability for manual transmissions and transaxles. MTL and MT-90 have cured the problem of hard shifting in numerous transmissions which have notoriously difficult shifting. The secret to their success is two-fold. First, they have the appropriate coefficient of friction for most manual transmission synchronizers. Many gear oils, engine oils, and ATFs are too slippery for proper synchro engagement. Secondly, the viscosity characteristics of MTL and MT-90 allow proper shifting over the entire temperature range which the transmission will experience. The synthetic base oils used have a very high viscosity index which provides relatively constant viscosity as temperature changes. MTL is a low 75W, almost a 70W, at very low temperatures and a high 80W, nearly an 85W, at elevated temperatures, providing adequate viscosity to prevent wear and deaden gear noise. MT-90 is a thicker 75W90 version of MTL. The shear stability and oxidation stability of these products are excellent, thus the physical characteristics of Red Line MTL and MT-90 will change little with use.

This brass clutch pivot pin is an upgrade over the stock plastic pivot pin. The brass pin will last a lot longer than the plastic piece and may save you time and hassle later on. The original plastic pivot pin is known to fall out, snap, or just wear out over time. At the least you get a very annoying squeak every time you depress the clutch. In a worse case scenario, the clutch fork won't be able to push on the throw-out bearing and your clutch will be useless. The only time to replace the clutch pivot pin is when the transmission is removed, so this brass upgrade can be installed during clutch replacements or a rear main seal service.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

With the newer F8x M2/M3/M4's making big power and having superb chassis straight from the showroom, it's no wonder they're often found at the most serious of track-days or at tuning shops around the globe. Unfortunately, the power that makes these cars so fun to drive eventually has an impact on the vehicles' suspension components- most notably the rear differential bushings. Despite having alloted for two mounting bushings on the factory tubular subframe, BMW opts to use only a single offset bushing in the rear to mount the diff bracket to the subframe. This essentially creates a pivot point for the diff under torque loading, especially if the 4x front diff bushes are worn out and softer than they once were. With hard launches and sudden and frequent on-off throttle changes, the single rear OE rubber bushing is subject to extreme torsional and directional forces, resulting in rapid degradation with failure often seen at around the 30,000-40,000 mile mark, and an unsettled and potentially clunky rear-end. The PFR5-4030 Dual Mount Diff Bracket is made from our in-house CNC machined 6082 High-Tensile Aluminum, and is designed to utilize the secondary mounting position on the OE subframe. With the addition of a second bushing, this prevents the diff from twisting under load, providing benefits such as: Reduced drivetrain movement Improved throttle response A more controlled and consistent chassis response to acceleration/deceleration Improved tire-to-road power transfer due to reduced wheel hop Reduced strain on bushings The corrosion-resistant, satin black, anodized aluminum bracket is optimized for high stress and deflection while withstanding high torque loads, but serves the same purpose in road-use and track-use cars with either a single OE bushing or dual aftermarket bushings. Although the bracket can be fitted without the need to remove the subframe from the vehicle completely, we would strongly recommend combining Powerflex products by using our already hugely popular 80A durometer PFR5-4026 Rear Diff Rear Mounting Bushings for both rear mounting positions alongside our PFR5-4025 Rear Diff Front Mounting Bushings in the front for the ultimate in differential control and a lasting street or track solution.

The stock center support bearing carrier is designed to reduce NVH to the cabin by loosely holding the center bearing with a flimsy rubber bushing. During launches and shifts, the driveshaft is allowed to travel off-center, decreasing throttle response and causing oscillations through the drivetrain. As they age, the carrier rubber sags and dry rots, ruining the driveshaft alignment. Fix or prevent this common issue with JXB Performance's Driveshaft Center Support Bearing Upgrade! JXB utilizes a simple but extremely effective 2-piece design which allows you to install this upgrade and replace bushings with ease. Eliminate the factory clutch delay valve and enjoy faster, more precise clutch engagement with the ECS Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) Removal Tool Kit. Designed for F and G-Chassis manual BMWs, this kit makes removing the hydraulic restrictor safe, simple, and reliable, no slave cylinder removal required.

Most modern BMWs come from the factory with a plastic slave cylinder featuring a CDV, intended to smooth engagement and reduce driveline shock for less experienced drivers. In practice, this restrictor can dull pedal feedback, slow shifts, and increase clutch wear. Removing it restores the sharp, direct clutch feel that BMW enthusiasts expect.

Removal and Installation:

Disconnect the Clutch Line
Remove the clutch line from the slave cylinder to access the factory clutch delay valve.
Remove the Restrictor Plate
Thread the removal tool into the center of the small grommet. Once engaged, carefully pull the tool to remove the grommet and restrictor plate. The small rubber sealing O-ring will come out along with the plate.
Reinstall the O-Ring
Place the rubber O-ring onto the installation tool. Insert the tool into the slave cylinder to properly seat the O-ring in its original position.
Reconnect and Bleed the Clutch
Reattach the clutch line, add fluid, and bleed the system according to your manufacturer’s instructions.
Enjoy Enhanced Clutch Feel
With the delay valve removed, your clutch now engages faster and more predictably, giving your manual transmission the sharp, connected feel it was designed for.

The ECS Tuning Center Support Bearing Brace is engineered to improve drivetrain performance and longevity. The factory center support bearing features internal an internal rubber bushing to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transmission to the cabin. Unfortunately, this material choice falls short when it comes to performance applications. Under extreme load conditions, this bushing is prone to flexing, resulting in driveshaft misalignment. To address the shortcomings of the factory rubber center support carrier design, ECS engineers developed a set of precision-fit, split polyurethane bushings that secure tightly around the existing driveshaft bearing. Constructed from 90A durometer polyurethane, this material eliminates bushing deflection while maintaining minimal noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). By eliminating deflection, this innovative solution not only improves durability but also ensures a significantly longer service life than the OEM center support bearing—making it an excellent upgrade for aging BMW chassis.

The polyurethane bushings are surrounded by a robust 6061-T6 billet aluminum bracket designed with strength and reliability in-mind. This bracket features a split design for hassle-free installation, eliminating the need to remove the driveshaft assembly entirely. To install the ECS Center Support Carrier, simply cut around your existing bearing, remove the factory brace, and clamp on your new bushings and bracket. This user-friendly approach saves time and simplifies maintenance or upgrades. Two stainless steel socket head screws are used to fasten the two-piece bracket, offering corrosion resistance and secure clamping under high torque and stress. This combination of materials and design ensures dependable performance and long-lasting durability, even in demanding applications.
