On the road, a solid rotor is a simple, yet cheap and effective solution that is perfectly capable of handling daily-driver requirements. When you start taking your BMW to the track, things become a little more complicated. Extended periods of aggressive driving causes the amount of heat in the rotors to build up, and as the temperature of the rotors increase, the metal begins to expand. With solid rotors, this can lead to numerous issues such as warping of the rotors, unexpected cracking along the inner "ring" or friction surfaces, and increased brake fade.

This Polyester tow strap is far and above the best tow strap available for the modern BMW chassis. We use a heavy-duty, chemical-resistant polyester strap webbed around a stainless steel stud. There is plenty of length available for tow hooks to grab onto without hitting your bumper and damaging paint or causing cracks. The precision-cut stud is fits all F- Chassis vehicles. We have further refined the shape and size of the bolt so that spoiler modifications are kept to a minimum. Note that on some models you may need to modify the bumper slightly for the best fit. Some models may also require removal of the bumper for easy installation. A tow strap is a better pickup point than a fixed steel ring, which will add weight and protrude past the bumper. Some racing series have banned the steel rings because they increase the likelihood of contact during close racing. Our straps are sold in bright red or black (red suggested for racing use as it makes it easy for tow truck operators and safety crews to spot). On some models, the strap may be tucked behind the bumper panel when not on track, which makes this perfect for dual-use track/street cars and full racecars alike. Priced per strap so order two for the front and rear. The 75mm bolt is commonly used with the M bumper designs and the 55mm bolt commonly used for the standard bumper due to the tow hook mounting thread distance behind the cover. The best practice is to measure the distance from the tow hook mounting threads to the outside of the bumper cover.

The stock Genuine BMW rear toe links (33322284534) are great for standard daily driving and occasional spirited driving, but they tend to fall flat on the track due to the soft rubber bushings causing excess deflection, creating undesirable handling characteristics, not to mention insufficient adjustability. Turner's new Performance Rear Toe Links increase stability and response by eliminating bushing deflection while providing an increased range of rear toe adjustment, necessary for lowered cars or for performance alignments. Even small changes to ride height and camber will effect toe settings, and the wide range of adjustment allows you to maximize grip on a track car and extend tire life on a street car. The factory rear toe arms utilize an eccentric bolt and washer for adjustment and lack precision and range. These toe links feature gun drilled 2024 Aluminum center links, clamps, and clevises, along with a 360-degree rotating clamp system. This combination provides superior strength, performance, durability, and ease of adjustment. No annoying jam nuts! A simple 3/16" Allen-key is all that is required to lock down your alignment settings. Best if tightened to 73.7 ft. lbs. (100 N/M). DO NOT OVERTORQUE! ECS is not liable for any issues due to overtorque. FK Spherical Rod Ends are utilized to reduce alignment change in the rear suspension under hard cornering, acceleration, and braking. They feature a Teflon liner to provide quiet operation, low friction, smooth articulation, and eliminate bushing deflection under load. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race, offering a very high load carrying capacity and greatly increased dynamic wear characteristics. Rear Traction Links Features: Gun drilled 2024 Aluminum Links to reduce unsprung weight 6061-T6 Aluminum Rotating Clamp design Low friction 3-piece Teflon lined FK Heim joints/Rod Ends Sold as a pair Made in the USA

This Polyester tow strap is far and above the best tow strap available for the modern BMW chassis. We use a heavy-duty, chemical-resistant polyester strap webbed around a stainless steel stud. There is plenty of length available for tow hooks to grab onto without hitting your bumper and damaging paint or causing cracks. The precision-cut stud is fits all F- Chassis vehicles. We have further refined the shape and size of the bolt so that spoiler modifications are kept to a minimum. Note that on some models you may need to modify the bumper slightly for the best fit.

A tow strap is a better pickup point than a fixed steel ring, which will add weight and protrude past the bumper. Some racing series have banned the steel rings because they increase the likelihood of contact during close racing. Our straps are sold in bright red, bright blue, or black (red suggested for racing use as it makes it easy for tow truck operators and safety crews to spot). On some models, the strap may be tucked behind the bumper panel when not on track, which makes this perfect for dual-use track/street cars and full racecars alike. BMW’s are known to have failure prone rear control arm bushings. The flexible rubber bushings, even those found in M performance models, allow significant movement of the rear wheels to maximize daily driving comfort, but also allow considerable alignment change. This results in a disconnected and numb road feel, standing between you and a confidence inspiring driving experience. Eventually the fluid filled rubber bushings fatigue and crack due to continual deflection and ozone degradation, and eventually the damping fluid leaks out resulting in complete failure. For the enthusiast looking for superior performance and longevity with a crisp, confidence-inspiring driving experience, our sealed ball joint monoballs are the best solution available! Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011). We wanted to offer F80, F82, F83, and F87 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise. We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting. The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment. What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling. In short, if you're seeking the ultimate in precise, predictable handling and control, with crisp braking response and a long service life that’s equally at home on the street or track - look no further. We have you covered. We offer these control arms with the monoball bushings pre-installed for your convenience. Since BMW recommends the control arms be replaced for every other bushing change, we prefer to sell these as a pre-assembled set. We set out to amplify the F80/F82 with a proper exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers at Turner increased flow and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the twin turbo inline-6 S55 engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 2.5" stainless exhaust pipes that feed into one of the best designed mufflers on the market. 5MM (.20 inch) 1-piece Integrated Wheel Spacer and Hub Extender for BMW F80 M3, F82 M4

Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. Spacers allow you to correct wheel offset issues, clearance for big brakes or suspension or bodywork, to improve handling and stability by increasing track width, or simply to get the right look and stance. Our spacers are engineered precisely for BMWs, with multiple features that other brands don't have, and have been rigorously tested by our race team and on our street project cars. We have the most advanced BMW wheel spacers on the market because we are BMW specialists and we design, engineer, and manufacture them in-house.

Our in-house R&D dept. solved a shortcoming that is inherent with all small flat spacers - not enough lip is left on the hub for the wheel to rest on. BMW designs their wheels to fit on the lip protruding from the hub. The bolts alone are not designed to support the wheel. Placing a flat spacer on the lip reduces the amount of lip available and transfers more stress to the wheel bolts. Since the bolts alone were not designed this way, the bolts and the hub will fail eventually. So our R&D dept. came up with an ingenious combined Spacer and Hub Extender that incorporates a new hub with a flat spacer (a true hubcentric 5mm spacer). The Turner Interlocking Technology Spacers have a bridged support structure that fits in the voids of the unique M3/M4 hub. This gives an interlocking fitment for the spacer with a new full lip for the wheel to rest on. All other M3/M4 5mm spacers are now old news and it would be crazy to run a flat spacer instead of these!

Our spacers are manufactured in-house from an aerospace-grade aluminum, then finished in a military-spec hardcoat that is stronger and more durable than normal anodizing. We finish our spacers in a stealthy grey or black color so they blend in with the wheel and hub. We also use the correct diameter spacer so there is no unsightly step between the wheel and hub. The part number and Turner logo are laser engraved for easy identification. Pockets on the backside of the spacer are a Turner Motorsport innovation and aid in removing a stubborn spacer from the hub. Longer wheel bolts or studs are required with these spacers. Several styles of wheel bolts or studs are offered for a safe and complete install.

Our extended lug bolts are a very high quality and high grade steel lug bolt (grade 10.9). A black zinc coating will maintain a factory BMW appearance and provide long-lasting corrosion protection. Zinc finishes are designed to withstand 700 hours of salt spray testing.

20MM (.79 inch) Big Pad Wheel Spacers for BMW E70 X5M, E71 X6/X6M, F02, F06, F07, F10, F12/F13, F22, F25, F3X, F8X M3/M4 These are our Big Pad wheel spacers designed for the latest generation of factory BMW wheels. The "wheel pad" is the back of the wheel that mounts to the hub on the car. Since the early 2000s the factory BMW wheel pad diameter has grown - 150mm, 152mm, 154mm, and now 156mm. Most of the wheel spacers on the market are 152mm. The difference from using the smaller spacer on a large pad will leave an unsightly step down between the back of the wheel and the brake rotor hat (see image). To fix this visual defect we use a larger diameter spacer - the Big Pad. This will have less of a step, or no step at all, when used with the larger pad size. Note that nearly all aftermarket wheel manufacturers use the smaller pad size (mainly to reduce unsprung weight). Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. A spacer fits between the wheel and the hub assembly. The wheel will be pushed further outboard by the thickness of the spacer. Spacers allow you to correct wheel offset issues when the wheel is too 'tucked in' to the bodywork, clear the wheel from contact with the suspension or inner bodywork, clear larger brakes, improve handling and stability by increasing track width, or simply to get the right look and stance. Our wheel spacers are compatible with almost any type of BMW wheel and are a direct fit to the wheel hub (see below for any fitment notes). Longer wheel bolts or wheel studs are required. This latest generation of the Turner Motorsport Wheel Spacers represent a total redesign of the wheel spacer concept - a ground-up, clean sheet design based on our years of BMW service and motorsports.
