BMW’s Getrag GS7D36SG Dual-Clutch Transmission is a masterpiece of engineering. It's renowned for its rapid gear changes, robust construction, and direct, motorsport-inspired feel. While the transmission itself delivers exceptional performance, its supporting components don’t always keep pace. The factory plastic oil pan and limited oil capacity compromise cooling efficiency and long-term reliability, especially during high-performance use. With this in mind, we set out to engineer a solution that elevates durability, thermal management, and fluid control to match the transmission’s world-class performance.

We've designed a permanent, high-performance replacement for the flawed OEM pan: a cast-aluminum, increased-capacity upgrade that enhances cooling and durability. Its all-aluminum construction provides a significant upgrade over the OE plastic pan, which is prone to cracking when impacted by road debris. Engineered for those who demand more from their vehicle, our design increases fluid capacity to promote superior cooling and help maintain optimal transmission temperatures, even in the most demanding conditions.

To ensure a leak-free seal, we engineered a heavy-duty Viton gasket specific to their transmission pan design. The Viton material provides exceptional reliability under high temperatures and resists deformation—a common failure point of the factory rubber gasket. For further protection, integrated magnets actively attract and hold metal debris that could otherwise compromise the transmission's longevity. This innovative design keeps your fluid clean and extends the overall life of your drivetrain.

From the factory, all BMW models are equipped with soft rubber or fluid-filled engine mounts. While these mounts perform well at isolating drivetrain vibrations, they are prone to degradation and allow for significant drivetrain movement. This often results in a loose-feeling driveline, missed shifts, and a generally disconnected driving feel.

To address these issues, We have developed a performance alternative. Constructed from 6061 Billet Aluminum, these mounts are built to last. While most performance drivetrain mounts feature solid or polyurethane-bonded aluminum construction, the engineers at Turner designed a unique four-piece design that disburses NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). This multi-piece design offers the added benefit of serviceability. Additionally, encapsulating the polyurethane and adding a TecaPeek isolator prevents heat transfer to the insert, increasing the lifespan and durability of the mount.

The Clutch Masters FX850 is an 8.5” (216mm) Twin Disc clutch is the ultimate in twin disk performance for engines/transmissions with smaller bell-housings. Clutch Masters FX850 Twin Disc systems are pure racing technology that also work well in high performance street applications. The FX850 is designed to hold tremendous horsepower and torque, while maintaining reasonable peddle pressure to operate on the track. By increasing the clamping force of the pressure plate and adding to the square inches of usable disc area, Clutch Master FX850 Twin Discs significantly increase clamping rates with an average of 50% increase in pedal pressure depending on the application. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum and is then Type 3 hard anodized. The billet covers have roughly 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. By focusing on machining the strongest cover possible while maintaining minimal weight, we are basically able to eliminate any flex in the cover. The billet covers see only .003” of flex where as a cast or stamped unit can see as much as .030” of flex. By eliminating this flex in the cover, the driver is able to operate the clutch much more consistently and confidently. All the movement being applied to the diaphragm of the clutch from the throwout bearing is used solely to engage and disengage the clutch and isn’t wasted by the cover flexing first. The strength of the covers also results in greater clamping force over the same amount of area vs. a cast or stamped cover. This means these twin discs are easy to drive and have superior clamping force to make sure all the power your engine is making is being utilized.

This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 6 or 8 ceramic puck configuration. Upgraded clutch plate with sprung 6 puck ceramic button disc designed to be used with aftermarket single mass flywheels. 170% Increase in Holding Capacity The FX400 System uses the Power Plus I, Hi-Levarage, Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate with a custom and extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 6 or 8 ceramic puck configuration. The 6-puck being the more aggressive setup and 8-puck being the less aggressive. The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for long life, outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation. The FX400/HDCL (8-puck) ceramic full face disc design creates a quick and rapid engagement and maintains minimal chatter due to the marcel cushion between the disc linings. This disc is designed for street driven vehicles. The FX400/HDC6 (6-Puck) ceramic paddle design creates a quick and rapid engagement as well as clutch chatter that may not be ideal for street driven vehicles. *Warning* Due to the solid (no Marcel) friction rivet design, the FX400 6 disc engages very quickly and may chatter slightly in first and reverse. To help alleviate this problem, we only use premium ceramic friction material.
