MSD Performance Coil Pack for MINI

Before ordering, check whether you need round or flat pin connectors for your MINI's coil pack. The type of pin is determined by the connectors that link the coil to the wiring harness. To check, slide the red locking tab to the right, press down on the tab, and pull the connector off the coil. Examine the pins to see if they are flat or round. Reattach the connector by pushing it back on until it clicks, then slide the red locking tab back to the locked position.

This high-performance coil pack is a popular upgrade among MINI owners looking to enhance their vehicle's performance over the stock coil. The installation requires removing the factory bolts from the old coil and modifying the MSD factory sleeves by drilling out 1/16" to fit the stock bolts.

Rogue Engineering has developed a power pulley kit that reduces the drag on specific pulleys while allowing others to remain at their same efficiency. This allows for perfect operation in daily driven vehicles without a hiccup or stutter. However, when the demand for power is requested, the power pulley kit allows for the freed power to become apparent.  The term "power" pulley is a bit of a misnomer. Underdrive pulleys actually free up power by reducing the drag caused by the accessories.  These pulleys are based off a calculated percentage from factory dimensions, so that particular component speeds are safely reduced without affecting their true purpose.

Rogue Engineering Power Pullies are CNC machined from 6061-T6, heat treated aluminum and specially coated with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize finish. This kind of anodizing is not to be confused with a Type II cosmetic anodize finish (typical colors such as red, blue, silver, green, etc.). The hard coat anodize finish actually builds a small surface layer on top of the aluminum, preventing wear.

Revitalize your Mini's performance with these spark plug wires and boots, designed to restore power and ensure smooth engine operation. Replace them at 60,000-mile intervals to maintain optimal performance. If you experience low spark or misfires and it's not due to the coil or spark plugs, faulty wires may be the culprit. Don't let rust buildup hinder performance—replace these wires to ensure happy motoring and reliable spark.

• Restores power and performance to your Mini
• Recommended replacement at 60,000-mile intervals
• Addresses issues such as low spark and misfires
• Prevents rust buildup for consistent spark delivery
• Includes plug wires for cylinder 1

Active Autowerke, established in 1981, has become a highly regarded name in the BMW community, known for their top-notch power solutions for various BMW models. This supercharger kit they offer packs a punch, capable of generating over 400 horsepower for your BMW while ensuring the vehicle's structural integrity and suitability for daily driving. What sets this kit apart is the Rotrex supercharger's design, featuring a traction drive system that eliminates the lag commonly associated with other centrifugal superchargers. This results in a smooth and reliable power delivery experience.

Key components of the kit include the Rotrex C38-92 trim supercharger, an Active Autowerke front-mount air-to-air intercooler, a high-flow fuel pump, supercharger brackets, pulleys, and belts, six high-flow fuel injectors, an Active Autowerke air filter, dyno-tuned software, and all necessary mounting hardware, plumbing, hoses, and clamps. Additionally, the kit comes with an illustrated instruction manual and installation guide, ensuring a straightforward installation process. Active Autowerke also offers a 2-year warranty along with free technical support for added peace of mind.

From the factory, all BMWs utilize soft rubber or fluid-filled engine mounts. Not only are these mounts prone to degradation, they also allow ample movement of the drivetrain. This translates to looseness in your driveline, commonly associated with missed shifts and a generally isolated feeling.

To improve upon this issue, Black Forest Industries designed these upgraded mounts from the ground up. Their stage one mounts feature a proprietary 85A durometer bushing and bracket/cup design. Maximizing bushing area while minimizing vibration gives this mount the advantage of having the best ride characteristics possible from a urethane mount.

Features:

Perfect fit: Utilizing laser-scanning technology permits seamless integration with the factory engine mount arms. Quality tooling: All bosses are matched replicas with stock locations, and all tool clearances and specs are maintained. Heavy-duty construction: The use of billet aluminum instead of cast creates a mount that is dramatically stronger than its factory cast-construction counterpart. Performance design: 85A durometer bushings are geared toward the spirited driving enthusiast who doesn't mind increasing NVH. Choose BFI Stage 2 for a quality mount that eliminates drivetrain movement.

Note: Stage 2 mounts increase NVH. Therefore, these mounts are not intended to be used on daily driven vehicles.

Still looking for more power after bolt-ons? High performance camshafts from Schrick are the way to go. These cams are a direct replacement for the stock cams and give a solid 15+ horsepower boost at the top end and great midrange torque increases too! More gains can be expected with intake and header upgrades and custom software tuning. A slightly lumpy idle is expected at cold start but will be smooth once at operating temperature. This set is just a great all-around cam upgrade for the S54!

These Schrick cams were initially developed for the M3 CSL but they also work great on the US and other non-CSL S54 engines as well. With more duration they are a great match to high flow headers, no cats, or CSL intake manifold upgrades. These are the new "cast" cams from Schrick which require new rocker arms (Schrick recommended or BMW part #11337833259). Professional installation is a must due to the intricacies with the double VAN0S.

This item fits the following BMWs:

• 2001-2006 E46 BMW M3
• 2001-2002 Z3 BMW M Roadster M Coupe
• 2006-2008 E85 BMW Z4 M Roadster M Coupe

For the US E36 M3. Schrick 264/256 degree camshafts boost mid-high end power for that extra motivation at higher rpm. Low-end torque is not seriously affected due to the M50/M52s VAN0S System. And, higher profile cams work extremely well with an upgraded intake and exhaust. When upgrading the cams there are other areas you must take into consideration. Higher-flow fuel injectors, larger mass-air sensor, and custom programming are strongly recommended. Turner Motorsport sells complete intake & cam packages that boost power to over 290hp. See the Engine section under Camshafts for more info.
