A new oxygen sensor can improve driveability and lengthen engine life. Ultimately, you achieve a smoother running engine that is more fuel efficient. Feedback from the oxygen sensor provides closed-loop control of the injected quantity of fuel for optimum air-fuel mixture, enabling virtually complete combustion to take place. The muffler delete creates a noticeable increase in exhaust sound and more exhilarating turbo noise, without adding significant drone at cruising speeds. By removing the bulky OEM resonator, integrating a true x-pipe, and shedding roughly 5 lbs of unnecessary weight, this upgrade enhances exhaust scavenging, sharpens throttle response, and unleashes a deeper, more engaging tone. Best of all, it retains full compatibility with the OEM downpipes and valved rear muffler—delivering a noticeable sound improvement while preserving factory functionality and easy reversibility.
