Supersprint tubular long-tube headers for the 96-99 328i and M3 that works with the factory secondary air pump. These use the same tubular header design of the OBD-I Supersprint header but with the necessary ports for the secondary air injection so you won't need an air pump delete kit or special software. These are still long-tube headers that make great power at high RPM. They fit with the Supersprint center resonator or by cutting your factory cat section so these can slide on.

The Supersprint 'Race' rear muffler system is one step beyond the standard Sport mufflers. Don't be fooled by the name - the 'Race' mufflers are designed for street use and the name only distinguishes it from the standard Sport system. With the stock system the sound is very subdued. With the 'Race' mufflers the sound is much more noticeable and more aggressive - a perfect sound to compliment the assertive nature of an M6. You will hear this exhaust but it will not be intrusive or sound out of place on a civilized sports/GT car like the M6. The Supersprint center pipes to delete the rear resonators are a welcome addition.

This front section is a direct replacement for the stock 235i/335/435/M2 exhaust with one key difference - the Supersprint uses full 80mm piping for improved flow out of the turbo. One of the best and easiest ways of getting more power from a stock turbo is by helping it push exhaust gas and larger and smoother exhaust piping will help with that. Where the stock system is bent and crimped, the Supersprint is a full 80mm along its entire length. This section 1 will fit to the stock or Supersprint turbo downpipe and a stock or Supersprint section 2 exhaust.

This tuned resonator section replaces the factory resonator and works with the Supersprint muffler for a new, more aggressive, but still tame, exhaust note. The resonator is tuned along with the rest of the exhaust to give a more sporty sound than the factory 128i resonator but still meet European noise regulations. If you want more sound after this, there is a resonator-delete pipe available as well.

This Supersprint section 2 replaces the center resonator in the 128i exhaust. By deleting resonators you can gain a little more volume from the exhaust. The Z4 35i and 35is have a very subdued and tame exhaust, especially by sports car standards! If you want to hear more of your exhaust note or feel that your Z4 could use more growl and excitement this set of Supersprint front exhaust pipes might do the trick! These pipes eliminate the second set of catalytic converters, which opens up the exhaust and removes a big restriction. The N54 turbos and the main set of cats in the downpipes already muffle the sound. The second set of cats also work as mufflers, dampening the sound even further. These stainless steel pipes bolt to the stock downpipes. Use them with the stock rear muffler section (requires adapters) or with the Supersprint sport mufflers. This is perfect if all you want is a little more volume from the Z4 exhaust.

Supersprint sport cats for the M5 V8 are designed to work with their performance headers and replace the stock main cats. The Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a factory-style cat. With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque. This cat section will mount to the Supersprint merge collectors and then to a Supersprint or stock section 2. These are built with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed after the cat which makes for an easy install.

Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.

Supersprint makes one of the nicest, highest quality performance exhausts for the E36 M3 that we have seen. This exhaust functions more like a stock replacement sport exhaust than an aftermarket performance system. The sound is sporty and throaty but without attendant drama and over-powering sound. We like to say that it's a more mature sound than some other aftermarket exhaust which makes it perfect when included on an E36 M3 restoration or classic European tune. Supersprint's sport rear muffler allows more of that engine note to be heard. The stock muffler may be too quiet for some and it's a shame to over-muffle the sound of BMW's engine. The Supersprint muffler is a direct replacement for the stock with all of the original gaskets and hangers.
