Using FEM analysis the engineers at BBS are able to precisely measure and optimize wheel properties before this process even begins. Once the forging process is complete, the meticulous finish work begins.
Back-milling is a process used to optimize the ratio between weight and stability. Using advanced computer analysis and a special CNC milling process the lateral parts that hold the wheel spokes, and are not relevant for stability, are removed. Extensive real-world simulation is used at this point to further ensure that no strength or stability has been lost.
Finally, BBS pays special attention in machining the undercut or back side of the wheel. To machine the undercut, all areas on the inner side of the wheel and the star hub that correspond to weight optimization are processed with special turning or milling tools and excess material is removed to reduce the rotating wheel mass. Special attention is hereby given to the optimization of the inner sides of the spokes and the bolt circle. With the application of these methods, BBS is able to produce more complex forms with increased stability and less material input.
These wheels come in Sport Silver and BBS ensures that their paint quality exceeds OE manufacturer specifications for durability and longevity. A final protective clear coat layer ensures that these wheels will be easy to clean and look amazing for years to come.

By popular demand, our shoe-gripping Turner Motorsport pedal set is now available for automatic transmission. These pedal covers feature pyramid shaped spikes on the brake pedal, which actually BITE the soles of your shoes PERFECTLY, creating the ultimate (and unbeatable) friction surface where you want it. The throttle pedal is left smooth, so that your foot can roll on and off the gas smoothly. The automatic transmission set includes 2 pieces -- one brake pedal and one throttle/gas pedal.
Our pedals are anodized for a beautiful cosmetic finish that resists chips and flaking. Stainless steel hardware is included, as well as a basic installation guide (professional installation always recommended). These pedals are for left-hand drive (LHD), automatic transmission BMWs only (sequential manual transmission cars should use the manual transmission set).
Also available in black anodized! The same shoe-gripping performance as our standard "naked" aluminum racing pedals, but with an added black anodized coating, for a stealth black finish. We always recommend the naked metal pedals for harsher/race type use, as all cosmetic finishes will eventually degrade over time. But for those looking for the black-out look, we can now accommodate! Made for the real drivers car, we are excited to offer our new Turner Shift Knobs. Our mission was to develop a shift knob that helped connect the driver to the car. There is something about having a third pedal and direct engagement with your gearbox that makes driving worth all the time and money spent on your BMW. Every once in a while a product a product comes out and you just have to think to yourself "how could it get any better than this?" There are many shift knobs out there but none like our Turner weighted shift knobs. A combination of the correct size, shape and weight paired with the durable but smooth Delrin exterior gives you the driving experience that cannot be matched by anything else on the market. Our weighted shift knob is superior for its enhanced shifting capabilities and resistance to temperature change. No more hot shift knobs in the summer and bone chilling shift knobs in the winter, the Delrin exterior provides a barrier between extreme temperature changes for a truly enjoyable experience.
Our Turner Motorsport's in-house engineered billet aluminum shift knobs have been carefully designed and tested to bring you one of the highest quality and greatest interior enhancements available. Our shift knobs start out with a piece of billet 6061-T6 aluminum that gets CNC machined for a precision fit and finish. The aluminum components are anodized with an extremely durable and long lasting type II finish. Unlike many others on the market, our Turner shift knob features a groove where the seam of the wrapping insets so there is a smooth appearance and feel. The lower "boot lock" securing nut was carefully designed to provide a clean, OEM style seal between the knob and the shift boot by allowing the boot end to tuck down inside it. Weighing in at a shift smoothing 340g, the knob will enhance the shifting experience and pairs extremely well with Turner's short shift kits to give a full shifter makeover! OEM shift knobs have an average weight of 175g; the substantially heavier weight of Turner's shift knob will smooth out shifts resulting in faster engagement and a much better feel. Up to 179% heavier than your stock knob!

Stock rear lower control arms offer very little adjustment for alignment, especially in lowered vehicles, due to their use of an eccentric bolt. These aftermarket performance control arms from ECS Tuning are designed for maximum adjustability, allowing you to maximize handling and minimize tire wear.
To ensure maximum reliability, ECS Tuning's control arms are constructed from strong, lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum and feature a 303 stainless steel center turnbuckle that offers over 8 degrees of fast and precise camber adjustment. When we designed this catch we wanted to have the most function options available, the best separation method, and the easiest to service. The Turner engineered catch cans offer a pre-setup design based ion desired flow direction, however this does not limit you to this flow. The inner baffle orientation can be easily adjusted to flow in both directions in case you decide to move this catch can to a different vehicle. A 4 chamber system baffle system inside the catch can was engineered to create multiple changes in the direction of airflow within the separator to cause oil droplets to fall out of suspension before exiting the catch can. Having a closed / recirculated design reduces oil ingestion and promotes cleaner emissions and odor-less operation.
Our catch can was also designed with the idea that the cans fill level can easily be checked with a top mounted dipstick and an optional use bottom drain hole. The drain hole can be used with a valve and hose to be mounted at a lower area of the vehicle so when you're doing an oil change you can drain the catch can.
