Your factory E36 clutch pedal is made of flimsy plastic with no adjustment at all, leaving you to the mercy of the clutch you have.
Our Turner Performance Adjustable Clutch Pedal is a rigid design that gives you the ability to fully adjust your clutch feel and performance. With both upper and lower adjustments this is the best pedal on the market to fine tune your clutch pedal just the way you like it. The upper eccentric provides an adjustable pedal ratio to fine tune clutch pedal effort(how heavy the pedal feels). The lower adjustment is to change the position of the clutch assist spring, this allows you to choose where the clutch assisting spring engages. Changing where the spring engages will move the area of tension on your clutch from lower, middle to higher for maximum adjustment.
Your race car no longer needs to have a clutch that makes the car undriveable on the street. Your track car can now be your daily driver or weekend cruiser.

If allowed in the rules these solid aluminum transmission mounts offer many advantages over a urethane or Delrin mounts. It's no wonder that these mounts have found their way into the top BMW racers in the country. These are machined from solid aluminum and have zero deflection, engine torque will cause a rubber or urethane mount to flex or deflect allowing more torque to passed through the drive line (instead of being wasted winding up the mount). This puts the shift linkages in better consistent alignment. And unlike rubber or urethane the aluminum has zero wear and is not affected by leaking oil or other fluids so this is likely the last set of transmission mounts you will ever need. We very strongly recommend using the solid transmission and engine mounts together as a complete kit, mixing a rubber mount with a metal mount will cause undue stress on the mounting points and will lead to a failure. We never advise using a solid mount unless a corresponding solid mount is also used.
These are a no-compromise design for all-out racing use, full solid aluminum mounts should not be used on street-driven cars since there is no material to absorb vibration making these quite harsh for regular street use (track cars don't care about noise).

Upgrade from your single connection selector rod to a dual shear selector rod or DSSR for a stronger connection and an overall better shifting experience. The factory BMW selector rod is made of hollow aluminum tubing and attaches to both the shifter and transmission from one side utilizing a pin-and-clip design. The factory single-side attachment only has a small amount of surface area contacting both the shifter and transmission selector which relies directly on the connecting pin to do all of the shifting and control, this can cause a loose and/or lackluster experience when shifting gears or shaking your shifter in neutral. Your new Turner DSSR features a much larger contacting surface to both the shifter and transmission, not only does the upgraded DSSR have larger faces contacting your shift components but it also features double the amount of mounting surfaces. This dual shear selector rod hugs your shift lever and selector tight from both sides and eliminates deflection and sloppiness for the best shifting experience possible.

We originally developed these mounts for E36 and E46 World Challenge racing but they also work perfect in BMW Modified and SCCA club racing and SpecE46 (SE46). The stiffer the material the less movement there is and the more torque is passed through the driveline (instead of being wasted winding up the mount). At the transmission end the flex-free solid mounts will give smoother, crisper shifts since the transmission is no longer dancing on the pliable mount. This puts the shift linkages in better consistent alignment. And unlike rubber or urethane the aluminum has zero wear and is not affected by leaking oil or other fluids so this is likely the last set of motor and transmission mounts you will ever need. We have designed these mounts so the engine is 5mm lower and the transmission is 1mm lower than the factory mounts. This helps lower the center of gravity for better balance and handling. We very strongly recommend using the transmission and engine mounts together as a complete kit. Mixing a rubber mount with a metal mount will cause undue stress on the mouting points and will lead to a failure. We never advise using a solid mount unless a corresponding solid mount is also used. This kit fits the E36, E46, Z3, and Z4 6 cylinder models listed below, including M3 models.

The ECS Tuning Center Support Bearing Brace is engineered to improve drivetrain performance and longevity. The factory center support bearing features internal an internal rubber bushing to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transmission to the cabin. Unfortunately, this material choice falls short when it comes to performance applications. Under extreme load conditions, this bushing is prone to flexing, resulting in driveshaft misalignment. To address the shortcomings of the factory rubber center support carrier design, ECS engineers developed a set of precision-fit, split polyurethane bushings that secure tightly around the existing driveshaft bearing. Constructed from 30A durometer polyurethane, this material eliminates bushing deflection while maintaining minimal noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). By eliminating deflection, this innovative solution not only improves durability but also ensures a significantly longer service life than the OEM center support bearing—making it an excellent upgrade for aging BMW chassis.
The polyurethane bushings are surrounded by a robust 6061-T6 billet aluminum bracket designed with strength and reliability in-mind. This bracket features a split design for hassle-free installation, eliminating the need to remove the driveshaft assembly entirely. To install the ECS Center Support Carrier, simply cut around your existing bearing, remove the factory brace, and clamp on your new bushings and bracket. This user-friendly approach saves time and simplifies maintenance or upgrades. Two stainless steel socket head screws are used to fasten the two-piece bracket, offering corrosion resistance and secure clamping under high torque and stress. Why is SFI testing and certification important?
The SFI Foundation, Inc. (SFI) is a non-profit organization established to issue and administer standards for the quality assurance of specialty performance and racing equipment. SFI certification indicates a flywheel has been certified using industry-standard SFI Spec 1.1 standards by an independent testing body to ensure quality of both design and materials for flywheels utilized in competitive motorsports.
Having successfully passed SFI certification, this flywheel has an individual SFI serial number found in a laser etching, and on an affixed sticker. This certification means the ECS-engineered flywheel is safe and reliable during the rigors of competitive racing; it's also safe and reliable for years and years of street use.

Lightweight flywheels have proven themselves to be a worthwhile performance enhancement. But with the quicker throttle response and horsepower improvement comes one serious drawback: flywheel chatter. Without the dual-mass flywheel's rubber isolators, a lightweight aluminum flywheel has more rattle than stock. ECS has designed this flywheel using chrom-moly steel and it weighs almost ten pounds less than the stock DMF but not as extreme as full aluminum flywheels. The steel helps dampen vibration and noise so you get near-factory refinement and most of the benefits of a lightweight flywheel: quicker throttle response, better reliability, and more power to the wheels. Zero-balanced and SFI 1.1 certified (material and design has been independently burst tested to ensure quality and safety). This flywheel requires the E34 M5 sprung hub clutch kit. Choose below from the flywheel only or a complete kit.
Modern flywheels are built with additional components that are designed to dampen and minimize vibrations from the engine and transmission. Weight has increased and reliability has decreased. With additional weight more energy is required for it to move. A lightweight flywheel does away with the dual mass design and its additional mass so more energy can be diverted to where it counts most - moving the car. The flywheel and clutch is one of the first areas that engine builders address when making the rotating assembly lighter for race engines. The dampening effect is just not needed on cars that are focused on performance. And with a single-mass flywheel the unreliable DMF design is eliminated.

A sloppy shifter is one of the common complaints of older BMWs. In addition to the shifter linkage the transmission mounts contribute to rough and clunky shifting. BMW transmission mounts are rubber and get softer over time. This allows the transmission to dance around which changes the geometry of the shift linkage and could make it harder to shift. These urethane transmission bushings are stiffer than the stock rubber mounts and won't let the transmission shift around as much. The round design also has more surface area than the stock mounts which helps spread the load. Because the urethane is stiffer, expect more vibration to make its way into the shift lever area. Engine motor mounts should also be considered as a cause for driveline vibration, transmission movement, and poor shifting. Consider replacing your motor mounts at the same time as your tranny mounts.

BMW E36 328i, Z3 2.8 JB Racing Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel offers a significant performance upgrade by replacing the heavy stock steel flywheel with a much lighter aluminum version. This JB Racing flywheel is designed to deliver faster acceleration, improved throttle response, and enhanced overall performance for your BMW.
The modern stock flywheels are burdened with additional components meant to dampen vibrations, which unfortunately adds unnecessary weight. The JB Racing aluminum flywheel, weighing just 10.0 lbs compared to the stock 25.0 lbs, eliminates this excess mass, allowing more power to reach the wheels and reducing the energy wasted on spinning the flywheel. Engine builders prioritize lightweight flywheels when optimizing race engines for maximum efficiency, and the difference is especially noticeable in how quickly the engine revs and reaches its power band.
This JB Racing lightweight flywheel is a direct replacement for the stock flywheel and is compatible with the factory BMW organic clutch.
