This is an OEM INA Timing Chain Tensioner. Keeping pressure on the timing chain, this keeps the chain from slipping teeth and causing the timing to be off, potentially leading to engine damage.

If your vehicle has started leaking coolant around the intake area and it is not the pipes, it is probably the valley pan.

This URO replacement has a high temperature and chemical resistant FKM Fluorocarbon Viton® rubber gasket to reduce the chance of leaks and increase the life of the gasket.
