Starting off from a stop with the valves open there is a significant increase in volume over the valves closed. When entering in to the 2000 rpm range you begin to experience the slightest taste of how satisfying the exhaust is going to sound. As you approach 4,000 rpms and higher you now have started to open up the can of worms, you can feel the free-flowing path of the exhaust with limited to no resistance, far superior to the factory exhaust. Anything after 6500 rpms is an absolute statement of exhaust. Over 6500 rpm is a sonorous note that lives rent free in the enthusiasts mind that can make a believer out of anyone who doubted the capable E46 M3. Our unique and carefully designed front lip for the E46 M3 focuses on enhancing the car's aesthetics while preserving its natural beauty. This front lip is constructed of high-gloss, 3mm thick, 2x2 carbon fiber that adds a tasteful accent to the bumper while being strong and lightweight!

CAD designed in-house for precision fitment
3mm 2x2 carbon fiber shell securely mounted at strong mounting points along the whole surface where the lip mates to the bumper
Front leading edge helps compliment and accentuate the forgotten body lines to add an aggressive yet subtle flare to the front end
Attaches to the front bumper with self tapping screws, plastic riv-nut and 6mm 3m adhesive tape to securely mount
Installation hardware included
Installation:

Mounts to the bumper using factory hardware combined with self tapping screws, plastic specific rivnut and hardware for securing the center posts. Requires drilling the underside of the bumper. Riv-nut installation tool included.

Whenever the exhaust is removed from the vehicle, it is best to replace these to ensure a tight seal and the best performance possible.

Genuine BMW EXHAUST SYSTEM GASKET RING ASBESTO-FREE.--

This item fits the following BMWs:
BMW M Series - M3, M3 Convertible

OE BMW exhaust manifold mounting hex nuts. Best to replace when installing new headers or removing the old exhaust headers for any reason. We also recommend replacing the exhaust studs as well do to corrosion often building up on the end, preventing them from being removed or installed easily.

COPPER HEX NUT - 7mm : 119500

Standard exhaust stud bolts for the header connection to the engine head. 

For the E46 S54, these can be used as extended bolts for aftermarket header systems with thicker than normal flanges.
