The crowning touch to an exotic and wicked sounding E46 M3! The Supersprint Race mufflers are very popular for the shriek they add to the S54's exhaust note. A full Supersprint system with these mufflers is one of the sexiest E46 M3 exhaust sounds we've come across - especially in a tunnel! The Lightweight Race mufflers are the capstone to that system. You can use them with any other center section or with the Supersprint section 2 (with or without a resonator).

The Dinan sport muffler is designed to compliment the E46 M3 and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Dual 3.5" stainless satin black tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence. Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. Supersprint revised their rear muffler designs to offer this 'Generation 2' version - smaller body and freer flow than the standard Supersprint muffler but quieter and more civilized than the full Lightweight Racing mufflers. It's still lighter than the stock original or standard Supersprint mufflers. The sound is a more refined version of the full racing mufflers with less drone and quieter overall but still with plenty of ripping S54 aural tone.

This is the original Supersprint street rear muffler for the E46 M3. It's a direct replacement for the stock rear muffler but with less restriction and better flow. This exhaust is not overly loud (conforming to European noise restrictions) and no drone but is larger and heavier than the other Supersprint mufflers. It makes a deeper tone than with slightly more rasp than the stock system.
