This is a compete cooling system overhaul kit, which includes all the common cooling system failure parts bundled into a complete package. This cooling system package is for the E90/92/93 328i/328xi with the N52 engine. 

A failure in the cooling system can lead to overheating and catastrophic engine failure. Don't gamble your engine! By replacing these core items preventatively, such as the thermostat housing, radiator, and waterpump, you are defusing what could be a ticking cooling system time bomb. And if you've had a failure of one of these parts, now is the time to refresh your entire cooling system. Keep on top of the cooling needs of your engine for your own piece of mind. As an E9X M3 owner, do you feel short-changed in the braking department? The next gen M3/M4 got serious Brembo calipers. With a special bracket the front 6-piston calipers can fit the E9X M3 for a bolt-on caliper and rotor upgrade. The rotors in this kit are 382x36mm - 22mm larger and 6mm thicker than the stock E9X rotor (and slightly bigger than the stock M3/M4 disc). The larger front rotors will help manage and dissipate heat better than the smaller stock rotors. And a larger rotor and caliper mean stronger brakes. Testing has shown the brake bias is very close to a stock E9X M3. Upgraded rear rotors are also included to work with the stock rear calipers. These are the blue M3/M4 calipers with the ///M logo.

Front brake specs:

• 382x36mm 2-piece floating rotors - 50% larger surface area and more cooling vanes
• 6-piston Brembo caliper (blue)
• Custom brake caliper bracket to fit the E9X M3 hub
• Multiple pad options

When installing a new clutch, it is important to replace old hardware and common wear items. This ensures both a smooth and reliable installation. This also allows you to perform maintenance while everything is apart as opposed to a needing to make future repairs when everything is back together. Included in this kit are all necessary clutch installation components and parts that should be replaced while easily accessible.

E9X BMW 328i N52 3.0L

Turbo maintenance has become part of our daily lives here. Our Service department does several turbo overhauls, wastegate adjustments, carbon cleaning, and upgrades every week. For the DIY owner, however, having a complete overhaul kit takes some of the stress out of 335 turbo replacement and this kit includes all of the basic items. It's highly likely N54 turbos will have to be replaced before 100,000 miles. Signs of a failing turbo are high oil consumption and blue smoke from exhaust (not from a leak or failing CCV system) because the internal oil seals are no longer retaining oil. Without critical lubrication and cooling effects from oil, the turbo shafts and bearings are usually the first to wear and that requires a complete rebuild. You might also see increased turbo lag or failure to hold boost, which is usually a sign of a failing wastegate or some other internal issue. With any internal problems the turbos need to be replaced. 

This package uses new (not rebuilt) Mitsubishi turbochargers (the original supplier to BMW). These are essentially direct replacement turbos but we went straight to the manufacturer instead of going through BMW. They are the same as the factory turbos but without a BMW logo so you save yourself a few hundred dollars. It includes everything that needs replacement during a 335 N54 twin turbo overhaul -

• Front and rear new OEM Mitsubishi turbos (the original supplier of BMW turbos)
• 1 gallon of Genuine BMW coolant
• ​16 - ASA M7x39 studs
• 16 - Flange nuts
• All required gaskets and o-rings
• Water pump install hardware
• Replacement vacuum hose
• T-bolt clamps

These are brand-new turbos so a core charge does not apply.
