Machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum, Macht Schnell Performance Underdrive Pulleys are strong as well as lightweight to limit parasitic drag from the accessories within a moderate level for maximum performance on or off the track. After machining and engraving, pulleys are then T3 hard anodized for additional strength, anti-corrosion & wear resistance. Our DualDrive design replaces the Crank Accessory & Power Steering Pulleys, resulting in an additional 9-14 HP and 7-9ft. lbs TQ gain for the M3. Gains are due to a reduction in power required to turn accessories; an increase in accessories lifespan due to lower speed will also result. All factory harmonics/balancing are undisturbed. This solution provides up to 25% more flow than our standard Stage 2 LPFP upgrade and up to 150% more flow than the stock pump.

The OEM plastic PCV valve does not hold pressure well even when brand new. What this means is that when the turbochargers are making boost, pressurized air can become forced backwards through the valve and back into the crankcase. Depending on the condition of your PCV valve this can range from irritating to dangerous as a pressurized case can cause all sorts of issues. Additionally, if your valve cover is cracked due to age or has a bad gasket you are more than likely experiencing a pressure leak either internally or externally. These two features can cause even a low-mileage N54 to run like a tired elephant, sometimes even unlocking a special bonus function known as "Limp Mode". The solution is to replace any failed components and upgrade the PCV valve to something more capable withstanding the abuse of a turbocharged environment. FTP Motorsport has you covered with this solid aluminum valve assembly. It is essentially the same thing that came in your car from the factory, made out of aluminum. The internal components have also been made to fit tighter and outlast the life of an off the shelf replacement. No, this won't be the very last PCV valve you buy, but it will most certainly alleviate a lot of headaches common to N54 owners. And if you're tuned, big twin or single swapped you need one of these yesterday.

As these cars get older we're seeing more issues with the stock components and more demand for cost-conscious fueling solutions. The new Fuel-It 650HP line of fuel system upgrades are designed with those needs in mind while maintaining a budget. They make the most of the stock components to maintain stock reliability and drive-ability but when the boost gets cranked up, the Fuel-it 650HP components kick in to support the additional fueling needs of your high horsepower car. With the Fuel-It 650HP lineup, you can upgrade your components all at one time or upgrade them as time and budget allows. If upgrading one component at a time, we'd recommend starting with the LPFP first as that is the heart of your fuel system, without a good Low Pressure Fuel pump (LPFP) you can't supply the fuel needed to any of your other components. Your secondary pump can NOT run full time, it must only be run under boost only. Running it full time will place additional strain on the stock system, will lead to high fuel temps, and pump or component failure. To turn the secondary pump on under boost we recommend running the included 4psi Hobb's switch. HPFP to the fuel tank: (Stock) This upgrade replaces both stock fuel lines with one upgraded continuous fuel line from the fuel tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor. Port Injection to the fuel tank: If you are running our port injection kit, this upgrade replaces the stock fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor and then utilizes a Y adapter to supply the HPFP and PI with fuel. Our custom fittings remove those tee's and extra fittings for a cleaner high flow setup. Non-Fuel-It! port injection to fuel tank: Choose this option if you are running a port injection kit that we did not manufacture or sell. This kit includes a longer 18" feedline from the Y to the port injection rail. You then cut the feed line to the length you need and install the included -6an female fitting or -6an female elbow to make the connection to your port injection rail. All of these kits utilize the BMS custom billet aluminum fittings to integrate with the stock fittings so no modifications are needed. *For the BMW N54 E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #15 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input. *For the BMW N55 E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #16 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input. *Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.
