VTT is happy to introduce the first and only available plug and play crankcase breather kits for ALL BMW applications that use the two-prong oil tab style oil fill caps. With this breather simply remove your oil cap, install the breather, and instantly free up horsepower, improve turbo draining, remove crankcase pressure, all while adding a cool look to your engine bay.

Can be used by itself with the stock PCV system to eliminate crankcase pressure, or with any number of PCV setups for the ultimate in crankcase pressure relieve

Made from 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum anodized black for a long-lasting finish, 4 stainless steel baffles for complete oil control, a PTFE one way check ball, a high-quality filter, and clamp all work together to keep crankcase pressure where it belongs, out of your crankcase.

This breather will fit:
ALL BMW's with the two-prong style oil fill cap including but not limited to N54, N55, S55, S54

NOTE: NOT ALL THE MODELS LISTED HAVE THE SAME HOOD CLEARANCE, WE CANNOT SAY WHICH MODELS WILL HAVE CLEARANCE ISSUES, AND WHICH WILL NOT AS WE HAVE NOT TEST IT ON ALL MODELS. IF YOU ARE ORDERING THE BREATHER FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN N54 TEST CLOSE YOUR HOOD CAREFULLY TO ENSURE CLEARANCE IF IT DOES NOT FIT LET US KNOW, AND WE WILL GET YOU A REFUND ONCE THE BREATHER IS RETURNED.

MODEL LIST OF REPORTED CLEARANCE ISSUES: N55 E/F 3 SERIES

The N54 suffers from a weak point in its crankshaft. It has been reported that when increasing the power to the engine, the crank hub can move or spin slightly under an extreme load. This is most apparent under high-rev downshifts or in the case of increased boost pressure which creates more stress on the engines rotating assembly. In order to keep this from happening, the crank bolt must be secured to the hub to keep it from backing off, but this can be a tricky solution since a simple dab of Loctite will not suffice.

Here is an easy, and cost-effective way to secure the situation; The VTT N54 crank bolt capture. This lightweight and durable ring slips over the head of the crank bolt fully encapsulating it, and locks it to the crank hub and eliminating its ability to spin. The VTT-CBC is 100% Billet Aircraft Grade Aluminum, Anodized black to protect it from the elements, and give it a stealth look. What's more is that it weighs only 1.3 Oz's meaning you aren't adding excess mass to the crankshaft which will avoid any imbalance or vibration issues.

While this is not a full fix for all crank hub spinning issues, the engineers at Vargas have found most issues have stemmed from the bolt itself backing out, and this is a great way to keep that from happening. Extremely lightweight at only 1.3 Oz's it adds virtually no weight to the crank which is important for balance and vibration.

Kit Includes:

• 1x Aluminum Crank Bolt Capture
• 8x Fasteners Gr. 12.9

This part fits the following BMWs:
2006-2013 N54

From the factory, BMW S65 valve cover bolts feature integrated non-serviceable grommets. These rubber seals tend to weaken, becoming brittle after years of heat and oil exposure. Replacing these bolts and integrated grommets can total over $280

To address this issue, NRW has developed a solution: a silicone replica of the factory rubber grommet, boasting a superior heat resistance of 170 degrees Celsius compared to the original's 120 degrees Celsius. Each kit contains 26 grommets, enough to service both valve covers.

Revitalize your BMW's performance by addressing poor idle, fuel inefficiency, and engine misfire issues caused by worn-out spark plugs. NGK offers the ultimate solution with their high-quality aftermarket spark plugs. Over time, electrode wear leads to increased gaps and weakened sparks, while carbon buildup can impair performance. These upgraded plugs are designed to restore power, fuel efficiency, and smooth out an irregular idle, ensuring optimal engine functionality.

• Solves poor idle, low fuel efficiency, and engine misfire problems
• Enhances engine power and fuel efficiency
• Addresses electrode wear and carbon buildup issues
• Ensures quality NGK replacement for improved performance

The factory magnesium valve covers on the S65 engine are known for developing micro-porosity, corrosion, and persistent oil leaks over time. This material is highly susceptible to oxidation, leading to unsightly surface imperfections, weakened gasket channels, and sealing issues that a simple gasket replacement won't fix.

Upgrade to this high-strength aluminum valve cover set, engineered as a direct-fit replacement for your aging OEM covers. Unlike magnesium, aircraft-grade aluminum offers superior durability, enhanced heat resistance, and complete immunity to the corrosion issues that plague factory covers. Whether you're refreshing a high-mileage M3 or seeking long-term reliability, this upgrade ensures a leak-free, worry-free solution for your S65.

This valve cover set includes gaskets, bolts, and oil separators for a comprehensive replacement.

Features:

Eliminates the common porosity and corrosion issues found in factory magnesium covers.

Helps maintain optimal engine temperatures and enhances long-term reliability.

Gloss red finish provides a much-needed boost in engine bay aesthetic.

Designed for an OEM-like installation without modifications.

Reduces the risk of oil leaks, ensuring a proper seal.

Resistant to oxidation and chemical exposure for a long-lasting clean look.

Enhance the durability of your BMW E9X M3 (S65) engine with the Slon Workshop Vanos Covers Kit. The OE plastic vanos cover is known for cracking and failure, posing a risk of plastic debris in the engine. Replace it with the IND Slon upgraded vanos covers for added peace of mind, preventing potential issues and ensuring the longevity of your engine.

• Vanos Covers Kit for BMW E9X M3 (S65)
• Upgraded design for enhanced durability
• Prevents cracking and failure of the OE plastic vanos cover
• Reduces the risk of plastic debris in the engine
• Provides an extra level of peace of mind for engine safety

This is an OEM INA Upper Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulleys are known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).
