Configurable to operate on 4, 5, 6, and 8-cylinder engines. 3 Point MAP sensor calibration table makes it configurable for almost any MAP or TMAP sensor. Sequential Port Injection with the ability to sense individual injector failures on 4 to 8-cylinder engines. Built-in Ethanol Content Analyzer. The Re|Flex firmware and XDFs include ethanol compensation tables to scale properly for varying ethanol % based on real-time input from the sensor. 2x Additional Outputs. These outputs have 12x12 resolution tables for control in TunerPro R/T. These can be configured to run as on/off, digital, frequency (25hz), or PID. Boost Control WGDC Methanol Solenoid Control PWM (for use with valves such as the Aquamist FAV and the ProMeth Pulse Valve) Nitrous Solenoid Control PWM Auxiliary fuel pump relay trigger 2x Inputs Ethanol Content Sensor Fuel Pressure Sensor (0-10bar) Oil Pressure (0-10bar) Coolant Pressure (0-10bar) EGBP/EMAP (0-10bar) CANbus (not required) enabled communication for the transmission and receiving of digital signals for fully DME/ECU integrated control of external modifications. It's no secret that BMW turbo motors can suffer from oil control problems causing oil to blow through and coat the intercooler and charge piping, gunking up intake valves and the VANOS system, lowering the effective octane, and generally degrading engine performance. The higher your boost levels the more apparent these problems become. The solution to this problem has finally arrived. The BMS oil catch can. While there are other catch cans on the market they all fall short in various areas. Some are mounted on the hot/turbo side of the motor preventing proper vapor condensation. Others utilize hoses that are too small and runs that are too long to allow proper PCV ventilation causing internal motor/ring sealing issues. Some have insufficient or no internal baffle system while others have internal baffles systems that are too restrictive. Some even bypass the PCV system all together venting crankcase gas and odor to the atmosphere. Most are simply repackaged oil catch cans from smaller / lower power motors shoehorned into place in the turbo BMW engine bay. To solve these problems BMS designed their oil catch can kit from the ground up specifically for the turbo BMW application. It features 100% CNC machining with zero welding for a precision fit and long life. The can itself is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. The hoses exceed the OEM PCV piping in diameter and that flow rate is maintained throughout the entire oil catch can ensuring no excessive crankcase pressure buildup. The BMS OCC retains the factory fully closed loop PCV operation preventing any PCV vapor from leaking to the atmosphere. The mounting locations are selected to minimize the line length, allow more efficient operation, and retain a stealth look. Install takes around 20 minutes, includes all required hardware, and is 100% reversible. Simply unscrew the base of the can or use the drain plug to safely dispose of captured oil with the rest of your used motor oil during oil changes. Made in USA. CTS is proud to announce the release of a premium ball-bearing turbo kit with stainless steel exhaust housing for the F2x and F3x BMW platforms equipped with N55 EWG engine. CTS utilized transient flow analysis backed by flow bench testing to optimize turbine housing for a GTX3582R while maintaining stock fitment, stock location, and using the stock waste gate (this is not a stock turbo with a bigger compressor wheel). This allows one to run any stock fitment exhaust downpipe, intake and charge pipe. The result is a factory-location big turbo that is capable of producing over 800hp with supporting mods. You can simply transfer your factory wastegate, your high performance downpipe, intake and charge pipe during the install. No custom parts are needed! The centerpiece of this MMX kit is the UK-made CNC-machined one-piece crank hub, created from billet EN36 steel that's heat-treated with a 0.75mm case hardening, making it incredibly strong and durable. Included are four aerospace precision-machined dowels that mechanically lock the hub to the end of the crank itself, plus a brand new OE bolt. Installation of these dowels is certainly not a DIY job. But, to make the job easier for the professionals, ensuring that the required crank modifications are made safely and accurately, the MMX kit also includes a full installation jig that includes a bolt-on drilling guide, a location bolt for this guide, plus an HSS rolled high-speed drill bit. Together, the single-piece design combined with the four-pin location ensures that there is simply no way that the friction plates can ever slip. With the new OE crank bolt tightened appropriately, this delivers a transformational improvement in reliability and peace of mind versus the OE version. Also included is the MMR Crank Bolt Capture Plate. This adds one additional layer of defense, preventing the crank bolt from being able to back out and loosen over time, ensuring everything is tightly held together as intended.

This cap does away with the weak plastic cap and the need for a special tool for removal, while adding some pop and color to your engine bay.
