The Dinan sport muffler is designed to compliment the 335/435 and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Dual 3.5" stainless tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. This front section is a direct replacement for the stock 235i/335/435/M2 exhaust with one key difference - the Supersprint uses full 80mm piping for improved flow out of the turbo. One of the best and easiest ways of getting more power from a stock turbo is by helping it push exhaust gas and larger and smoother exhaust piping will help with that. Where the stock system is bent and crimped, the Supersprint is a full 80mm along its entire length. This section 1 will fit to the stock or Supersprint turbo downpipe and a stock or Supersprint section 2 exhaust.

This oversized front (section 1) pipe is a direct replacement for the stock exhaust section. It's been optimized for flow with 80mm tubing and mandrel bends. It does have compressed sections like on the stock piece. Although this is very similar to the factory exhaust pipe the larger size from the Supersprint provides better flow and less restriction (key for making power in turbocharged engines).

FITMENT NOTE: For G-Chassis models (G20, G22), the cutoff build date of 08/2020 is important as cars produced after that date have a downpipe with different bracket locations. Cars with a build date of 08/2020 and earlier have the brackets in a V configuration. Cars with a build date of 09/2020 and later have the brackets in a straight line and require Active Autowerke p/n 11-065G

Wagner downpipes for F30 feature larger piping and catalytic converter that are freer-flowing than the original cats for better flow and less backpressure. By removing exhaust restrictions the turbos can spool up faster which makes more boost sooner. With additional tuning, more power is available. There are downpipes that delete the primary cats and can leave the exhaust with a dirty and awful smell. These Wagner downpipes are built with a sport cat to keep the exhaust cleaner.Special software, or stand-alone engine management, will be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from appearing.

Want to install a downpipe on your B58 equipped BMW, but still need to pass emissions? Evolution Racewerks has the answer for you with their B58 Catted downpipe. The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipes is constructed from 304 stainless steel, featuring mandrel bent piping.  These are 100% TIG welded by in house fabricators and built in the USA! 

The factory turbocharger turbine housing utilizes a V-Band flange which has been duplicated and CNC machined cut out of billet 304 stainless steel. Stainless Steel CNC machined O2 sensor and laser cut brackets are TIG welded using stainless steel rods. The O2 sensor remains positioned at the factory location. Also, since Evolution Racewerks uses a larger 4.5" pipe right after the turbocharger, turbo backpressure is significantly reduced, resulting in less exhaust turbulence and backpressure which again improves throttle response and decreasing turbo lag.
