BMW Exhaust Parts, Mufflers & Catalytic Converters for BMW 4 Series F32 (2014+)

The Akrapovic Evolution exhaust systems for the BMW F30 340i & F32 440i are the result of the perfect integration of expertise, the best technology, and the use of the finest materials. Made of austenitic stainless steel, these systems feature a newly developed layout with two central link pipes replacing the single stock pipe, a new muffler design, and carbon fiber tailpipes.

This Akrapovic Evolution exhaust improves upon the stock exhaust system of the BMW 340i in numerous areas. The first visible improvement is the additional power of 4 HP (at 6400 rpm) and 6.3 Nm (at 2550 rpm). The range between 2.000 rpm and 3.500 rpm  was particularly improved. A noticeable improvement can also be observed at high RPM where the Evolution gives more power. This sporty elegance makes this Bavarian machine stand out from the rest and offers the taste of a more powerful version, accentuated with the additional power gains and weight losses of the Evolution system. The dual-mode ECU-controlled valve exhaust from Akrapovic offers stock-level sound at normal cruising, and a joyful deep sporty note when driving the 340i more dynamically. The Evolution systems replace the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back.

Want to install a downpipe on your B58 equipped BMW, but still need to pass emissions? Evolution Racewerks has the answer for you with their B58 Catted downpipe. The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipes is constructed from 304 stainless steel, featuring mandrel bent piping.  These are 100% TIG welded by in house fabricators and built in the USA!

The factory turbocharger turbine housing utilizes a V-Band flange which has been duplicated and CNC machined cut out of billet 304 stainless steel. Stainless Steel CNC machined O2 sensor and laser cut brackets are TIG welded using stainless steel rods. The O2 sensor remains positioned at the factory location. Also, since Evolution Racewerks uses a larger 4.5" pipe right after the turbocharger, turbo backpressure is significantly reduced, resulting in less exhaust turbulence and backpressure which again improves throttle response and decreasing turbo lag.

Crafted to enhance the exhaust flow of your B46-equipped BMW, this downpipe is equipped with a 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter and mandrel bent 4" piping. With a sleek brushed steel finish, this downpipe is constructed entirely from 100% stainless steel and TIG-welded for ultimate durability, surpassing the factory catalyst.

Key Features:

1. Elevated initial torque curve 2. Enhanced throttle response and quicker turbocharger spooling 3. Precisely CNC machined turbocharger V-band flange 4. Maintains the factory "ball-type" v-band connector 5. Compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems 6. Tested for durability on the track 7. Proudly made in the USA
