The ZF 8-speed automatic transmission (8HP) has become the go-to choice for performance enthusiasts, delivering lightning-fast shifts, impressive torque handling, and ample tuning potential. However, the stock transmission pan falls short in critical areas. Its plastic construction, integrated non-replaceable filter, and limited fluid volume leave little margin for error in demanding conditions.

To address these limitations, we've engineered a premium solution: a cast aluminum transmission pan that boosts durability, cooling performance, and serviceability. Designed with enthusiasts in mind, this upgraded pan increases fluid capacity by 1 liter to reduce transmission temperatures and improve long-term reliability, even under aggressive driving or track conditions.

Built to outlast and outperform the OEM plastic pan, the aluminum construction resists damage from road debris and eliminates the risk of cracking. Our pan is hard-coat anodized in black for superior corrosion protection and a long-lasting finish that looks as good as it performs.

Our aluminum pan upgrade is engineered to work seamlessly with the OEM G8X 8HP transmission filter (24007855263), allowing for easy and cost-effective fluid service. Integrated magnets help to trap metal particulate, extending the life of your transmission by keeping contaminants out of the fluid.

Installation:

Vehicle plastic belly pans may vary. Because the Turner 8HP transmission pan is taller to allow for increased fluid capacity, some vehicles may require trimming of the plastic belly pan, or the belly pan may need to be installed over the transmission pan where it may make contact.

Direct plug-and-play upgrade for BMWs equipped with N63B44T3 (N63B), S63B44T4 (S63M), and S68 (S68T). The coil body is finished in our signature "Turner blue" and features a laser-etched, resin-coated Turner insignia. The spark plug boot is constructed from durable rubber and is pre-lubricated with dielectric grease for easy installation. Note: Not all N63B and S63M applications use the same ignition coil. Many S63B44T4/S63M applications—including the F90 M5 and F91/F92/F93 M8—use the older "N Series" ignition coil architecture. • Wheel studs are among the safest and most beneficial upgrades you can make on a track car. Not only are wheel studs safer than wheel bolts but they make changing wheels/tires much easier. One of the frustrating things about installing your wheels on the hub is that it's difficult to line up the wheel on the bolt holes. As wheels get larger but also heavier it's even more trouble. Add in a wheel spacer and the task is twice as hard. BMW does produce a wheel alignment pin for this purpose but if you're changing wheels often a stud conversion is the better way to go.
  
  Our original bullet nose studs are available in 60mm, 75mm, 82mm, or 90mm. The 75mm works great for cars that do not use a spacer (or a spacer smaller than 10mm). We recommend the 90mm length for cars that have spacers up to 20mm. The 82mm length is a happy medium between the 75mm and the 90mm. These studs come with a OEM-style black zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance. These studs are perfect for dual-purpose street/track cars. The studs are stronger and safer than wheel bolts with protection against corrosion which makes them suitable for street use. For a dedicated race or track car, where wheel changes or pit stops are more frequent, check out our racing dry lube studs.
  
  Our studs are also designed and manufactured with the properly sized shank to work with a wider range of BMW wheel, nut, and brake rotor combinations. We intentionally avoid the extra large shoulders you see on other studs because they can interfere with some brake rotor hats. The extra large shoulder can be too large to allow the rotor to pass through and drilling out the holes is required (not cool!) Our studs have the sufficient shank for the brake rotor without interfering.
  
  Not all wheel studs are created equal. We don't take a manufacturer's generic wheel stud from their catalog and call it our own. Turner Wheel Studs are manufactured to meet our own specifications. Beware of cheaper studs on the market! We have seen other studs similar to our own designs that are not a true BMW fitment. There are differences that we have ironed out over our years of selling wheel studs for the BMW market. Our stud prices may be slightly higher than the rock bottom prices on the web but we promise that it's a higher quality.
