At Turner, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we develop in house. Our S65 Intake is no exception. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, our Intake is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations and proven to flow better than factory.

Our Turner S65 Carbon Intake is a monster that perfectly compliments the high revving 4.0l V8 engine. The intake benefits start right at the motor; directly connected to the plenum is a full carbon intake tube with a substantially larger cross sectional area with smooth transitions which results in more airflow available to the engine in high demand scenarios. The inlet tube mounts securely to the full carbon heat shield and is mounted in factory airbox locations while retaining the factory cold air induction tract from the hood. Housed inside the heat shield is a behemoth cone filter to ensure proper filtration and maximize airflow. Turner's S65 intake is designed with air flow in mind and features a roaring induction sound. This intake flows like no other, during testing our intake outperformed the flowbench at over 750CFM, a massive improvement over the factory intake.

In 2023 our team at Turner can proudly say we are still fixated on the E36 chassis, our group of engineers and technicians own a multitude of E36 chassis including an early model vert, 95 M3 and Z3m(still counts!). To pay tribute to this chassis we spent a great deal of time to ensure we crafted THE best intake possible for the beloved chassis. We made specific options tailored to each of the 6 cylinder variations with options for throttle body and ASC intake boots along with charcoal canister spacers

Built from the throttle body forwards, our ground-up designed e36 intake offers a closed lid design that, when paired with our powder coated heat shield, keeps your intake temps cool, all while packaging neatly into the engine bay, ensuring your intake is working as efficiently as possible while looking as good as ever. Our versatile intake includes all the provisions from the intake to the throttle body inlet, making every adjustment along the way to fit with whichever 6-cylinder USDM E36 you have, fitting all ASC and non-ASC, M and Non-M, and OBD1 and OBD2 variants.

Our engineers took it upon themselves to design a prettier, cost effective Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum for S65 owners to compliment our E9x Carbon Fiber Intake System while retaining OEM features. Our S65 Carbon Intake Plenum is no different. Our Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our Engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake plenum in SolidWorks modeling software. Our E9X M3 S65 Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum is made from 100% high grade prepreg 2x2 twill weave carbon including the internal trumpets, this plenum replaces the OEM plastic plenum allowing the naturally aspirated BMW V8 engine to generate more inductions sounds taking the driving experience of the M3 to a whole new level. The raw V8 rumble gives the M3 an almost CSL like sound and is truly an intoxicating experience. We went through several iterations using different carbon thicknesses to fine tune the sound and the resulting plenum generates an almost unbelievable induction volume and tone.

Our Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any aftermarket intake system. Paired with our E9X M3 intake system, you're sure to upgrade the look and sound of your S65 engine.

We are proud to present you with our long-awaited Turner Motorsport Carbon Fiber N55 Intakes. Like all of our Turner Motorsport products, our N55 intake was CAD Designed in-house to give you the best performing, most beautiful intake we could possibly imagine for your N55 powered BMW. The best part? Our design seamlessly integrates with OEM ducting and stock mounting locations to give you a simple install and an OEM+ fit and finish. We believe this is the way the N55 engine bays should have come from the factory. It’s time to ditch all that plastic.

Our higher flow filter and intake design gave our F30 335i an additional 7 WHP and 14 ft-lbs of torque over stock when we tested on our dyno. Our less restrictive intake design reduced post filter pressure by 0.2 psi over stock, allowing for gains across the entire RPM range - this reduced pressure drop also results in less stress on your N55’s turbo. Our enclosed intake also lowers your intake temperatures by 13 degrees over running an open intake.

We offer our N55 carbon intake in either gloss or matte finish, so you can choose what best suits your engine bay.
