Soft Reset and Test of Shark Injector
A Shark Injector can be reset and re-used on another vehicle if the VIN and other DME information has been removed from the Shark's memory. This is known as a Soft Reset. The Shark Injector file remains programmed into the Shark and it can be re-used on another car.
The Shark Injector software must be removed from the original vehicle first. You must use the Shark Injector to restore the vehicle to stock programming. A Soft Reset is not possible if the Shark is still in Upgrade status.
