Special Pricing! These Supersprint 'partial-stepped' headers for the Euro E46 M3, MZ3, and Z4 M are a replacement for the stock manifolds/cats. These are the tubular 'stepped' equal length headers (not the full racing stepped headers) - the header pipes increase in diameter the further they get from the engine until terminiating in a stock Euro-type flange. These stepped headers will bolt to the stock section 1 of the Euro exhaust. For making E46 M3 horsepower and performance gains, headers are right at the top of the list (along with changing the rear end gears). Since the stock catalytic converters are in the original exhaust manifolds, using any type of tubular non-cat manifolds will give instant power gains. The Supersprint headers are full 304 stainless steel (not mild steel) for better heat dissipation and heat resistance to cracking and de-forming (any headers not made from stainless suffer from structural problems). Supersprint designs their headers with CAD programs and 50 years of exhaust tuning experience. These headers are an improvement over any 'Euro style' header on the market. This part is designed for the Euro market with the correct flanges for the Euro exhaust and the O2 and EGT sensor ports pre-installed. Special software or stand alone engine management would be required to keep check engine and fault codes from appearing. Software is recommended to maximize the performance gains from this header upgrade.

This header works with the flanges on the Euro section 1 (clocked differently than the US exhaust). It only works with the stock Euro section 1 or similar.

High flow exhaust system directly from aFe, one of the top after market performance manufacturers. In recent testing this system produced 15 horsepower and 13 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 3.0” mandrel bent stainless steel and is hand TIG-welded. Replaces the factory section 2 mid pipe. Like all RE products, the section 2 x-pipe was designed to be both high quality as well as functional. Whereas the factory section 2 utilizes two 60mm diameter tubes, with a "H" crossover and small resonator, the RE X-pipe maximizes gas velocity by merging the two smaller tubes into one larger 76mm tube before splitting back into two before the rear muffler. This efficient system allows for gas velocity to equalize from cylinders 1-3 and 4-6, before entering the muffler chamber, improving sound as well as gas velocity. As an added feature, the incorporated external "dump" at the end of the X-pipe for total user controllable sound. The optional EVC valve allows the user to control the exhaust sound from stock (completely closed) to race-like loud (completely open) from within the inside of the vehicle. The user has the option of any variable position (partially open), controlling the exhaust volume and flow. It takes less than 3 seconds to fully open to fully closed. The RE X-Pipe is made to fit exactly like factory. Features include: Weighs only 12 lbs. with included blockoff plate (factory is 22 lbs.)
