We are proud to present you with our long-awaited Turner Motorsport Carbon Fiber N55 Intakes. Like all of our Turner Motorsport products, our N55 intake was CAD Designed in-house to give you the best performing, most beautiful intake we could possibly imagine for your N55 powered BMW. The best part? Our design seamlessly integrates with OEM ducting and stock mounting locations to give you a simple install and an OEM+ fit and finish. We believe this is the way the N55 engine bays should have come from the factory. It’s time to ditch all that plastic.
Our higher flow filter and intake design gave our F30 335i an additional 7 WHP and 14 ft-lbs of torque over stock when we tested on our dyno. Our less restrictive intake design reduced post filter pressure by 0.2 psi over stock, allowing for gains across the entire RPM range - this reduced pressure drop also results in less stress on your N55’s turbo. Our enclosed intake also lowers your intake temperatures by 13 degrees over running an open intake.
We offer our N55 carbon intake in either gloss or matte finish, so you can choose what best suits your engine bay. Select either gloss or matte finish below, and then please select whether or not you are purchasing an intake for a manual transmission vehicle. If your vehicle has a manual transmission, it will require BMW Part # 13907515387.

The factory B58 charge pipe is made from plastic to reduce weight and manufacturing costs. While this is great for the production line and the sticker price, it doesn't hold up well as the engine ages or in the case of increased power.
Replacing the weak plastic stock part with a solid aluminum one like this will ensure proper functionality under higher levels of boost and eliminate wear caused by the heating and cooling of plastic pipes. You can also safely turn up the boost on your B58 once this kit is installed, and not worry about the problematic factory piece.

Design Features and Benefits:
The upper pipe is constructed from 6063 aluminum for increased durability over the factory plastic charge pipe. Can withstand higher boost pressures while offering OE-like fitment.
Billet CNC throttle body flange for OEM fitment.

Lower pipe is constructed of 4-ply reinforced silicone hose and a 6061-T6 black anodized aluminum coupler to retain factory fitment to the turbo.
Silicone provides a smooth transition from turbo outlet to the upper aluminum pipe. The silicone also provides good wear resistance wear the charge pipe is in close contact with the turbo inlet and coolant hoses.

Engines make more power when you're able to move as much air and fuel as possible through them. However, air density is just as important as air volume. Cooler air is denser air, so in addition to keeping your engine cool, it's important to make sure that your intake charge is as cool as possible. Turner Motorsport's upgraded intercooler works to reduce air temperatures with a bare minimum of pressure drop. Less pressure drop means less restriction, and a turbocharger that doesn't have to work as hard. This results not only in a longer service life for your turbocharger, but a substantial increase in performance as well.
The stepped design increases volume and surface are in a limited space by adding an additional smaller core at the top of the intercooler. Both cross sectional area and frontal surface area are increased by a whopping 56%, with a design that still weighs under 20 pounds. On the stock intercooler, the temperature differential between the inlet and outlet sides of the intercooler represented a 95 degree drop. With the Turner Motorsport intercooler, that drop was increased to a chilling 140 degrees. The dyno results don't lie: as a bolt-in upgrade, expect gains of 18 wheel horsepower and 10 lb/ft of torque. With a tune and supporting modifications, further gains are possible, up to 36 horsepower and 28 lb/ft of torque.

Place the spacer onto the DV flange r
Re-install your original DV solenoid atop the spacer with the included longer hardware.
The wastegate actuator must be swung out of the way for install. Loosen both screws retaining the wastegate actuator, then remove the one closest to the actuator, allowing the actuator to swing out of the way. This will allow for ease of installation.
