This Euro center resonator replaces a stock European-spec center resonator or US/Euro catalytic converter section. The Supersprint exhaust piping is 60mm in diameter - 10mm larger in each pipe than a standard US exhaust system. This larger sizing helps to improve exhaust flow which frees up horsepower from the engine. Instead of working to push exhaust gas through small pipes the exhaust gas flows easier so the engine doesn't have to work as hard. Now constructed with 409 stainless steel piping!
The Supersprint Euro center resontor replaces a stock BMW Euro M3 center resonator OR requires the full Supersprint Euro headers and Euro rear muffler. For the best flow with supercharging or intricate intake kits, the Euro system works best!

Supersprint sport cats for the M5/M6 are designed to work with their performance headers and replace the stock secondary cats. The Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a factory-style cat. With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque. This cat section will mount to the Supersprint merge collectors and then to a Supersprint or stock section 2. These are built with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed after the cat if you wanted to extend your stock post-cat O2 sensors (however, special software may still be needed).

Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.

This Supersprint section 2 replaces the second of two resonators in the 323/328 exhaust. By deleting resonators you can gain a little more volume from the exhaust. These pipes fit after the headers and will eliminate the second set of cats in the stock exhaust. You can use these pipes with the stock exhaust headers/cats or with the Supersprint cat-delete downpipes. By deleting the secondary cats you remove a significant blockage in the exhaust flow - increasing horsepower and improving reliability for track or competition cars. You won't have to contend with catalytic material breaking down and clogging your exhaust while you're on the track. Supersprint's dyno testing with this pipe and the rest of their exhaust resulted in a 22hp gain! In addition removing the cats will make the exhaust louder, allowing more glorious V10 magic to be heard! These are the newest Supersprint section 1 pipes with oversized 70mm pipes.

Changing the exhaust note can be one of the most pleasing upgrades you can make. The stock mufflers do exactly what BMW intended them to - muffle and dampen the exhaust to meet 'luxury' levels. But if you want to hear more of that great BMW engine changing out the rear mufflers with this Supersprint sport exhaust will come through.
