Unlike factory lines, the TMS E36 Stage 2 Oil Cooler Line Upgrade can work with vehicles equipped with superchargers or racing alternator pulleys. The TMS oil cooler lines now sit safely away from any moving parts like pulleys and serpentine belts. Our lines are made from HTP (High Temperature Polymer Braided), a synthetic line with multiple advantages over rubber or stainless lines.

We picked HTP lines for four reasons:
1) it insulates the oil from heat better than rubber or stainless lines,
2) the hose can hold a tighter bend radius without crimping or restricting oil flow, which makes routing the oil lines easier and more versatile,
3) the HTP line are less abrasive than stainless steel braided lines so they won�t rub through your factory power steering lines or any other rubber hose on the car,
4) weight savings � even if it is not much remember it all adds up.

If allowed in the rules these solid aluminum engine and transmission mounts offer many advantages over a urethane or Delrin mounts. It's no wonder that these mounts have found their way into the top BMW racers in the country. We originally developed these mounts for E36 and E46 World Challenge racing but they also work perfect in BMW Modified and SCCA club racing and SpecE46 (SE46). These are machined from solid aluminum and have zero deflection. The engine torque will cause a rubber or urethane mount to flex or deflect. The stiffer the material the less movement there is and the more torque is passed through the driveline (instead of being wasted winding up the mount). At the transmission end the flex-free solid mounts will give smoother, crisper shifts since the transmission is no longer dancing on the pliable mount. This puts the shift linkages in better consistent alignment. And unlike rubber or urethane the aluminum has zero wear and is not affected by leaking oil or other fluids so this is likely the last set of motor and transmission mounts you will ever need. We have designed these mounts so the engine is 5mm lower and the transmission is 1mm lower than the factory mounts. This helps lower the center of gravity for better balance and handling. We very strongly recommend using the transmission and engine mounts together as a complete kit. Mixing a rubber mount with a metal mount will cause undue stress on the mouting points and will lead to a failure. We never advise using a solid mount unless a corresponding solid mount is also used. This kit fits the E36, E46, Z3, and Z4 6 cylinder models listed below, including M3 models.

These are a no-compromise design for all-out racing use. Full solid aluminum mounts should not be used on street-driven cars. Because there is no material to absorb vibration these will be quite harsh for regular street use (track cars don't care about noise).

Subframe reinforcement kits are very strongly recommended to go along with these solid motor mounts to reduce the risk of damage to the subframe. The motor mount section of the subframe should be reinforced to prevent stress and failure of the subframe.

Rear Suspension Mounts With No Flex or Deflection for Improved Handling, Response, and Long Life
Building a track-only or racecar means swapping out the flexible rubber bushings and mounts for non-distorting solid pieces. The stock rubber bushings have serious drawbacks when used hard on the racetrack - they wear out quickly, and the flexible material allows extreme changes in alignment. Switching to solid bushings will eliminate the deflection and flex, keeping the suspension motions in their intended alignment and providing more feedback to the driver. On the E36, solid bushings can help prevent rear subframe failure as the sheetmetal chassis will no longer flex along with the rubber mount. Depending on the bushing's intended purpose, the material we use is either aluminum or Delrin. Delrin is a dense plastic material that has almost zero deflection and long life. It's self-lubricating so it won't ever need grease or lube. All of our bushings are designed by our in-house R&D engineers and tested on our various racing cars, with many used in professional racing series around the world.

If you're building a car for a racing class, the parts and materials you can change to are specified in the rules. Consult your rulebook or tech steward for any clarification. As these bushings have no play or deflection in them, they are not intended for street-focused cars - they do not absorb impacts and vibration like rubber will.

We offer bushings for the following suspension points -
subframe mounts x 4 (aluminum)
inner-upper control arm bushings x 2 (aluminum with bearing)
differential mounts x 3 (1 Delrin, 2 aluminum)
outer upper/lower control arm bushings x 4 (OE-spec replacements) (steel with bearing)
trailing arm bushings (RTABs) x 2 (aluminum with bearing or Delrin)
suggested: front control arm bushings (FCABs) (Delrin)
suggested: rear shock mounts (RSMs) x 2 (aluminum with bearing)

Notes
Note 1: there is also a inner-lower camber arm bushing. We never developed a solid bushing for this point because every racing class allows adjustable camber arms to be used in this location and we offer those with solid inner bushings.
Note 2: some racing classes require a non-bearing bushing for the rear trailing arm bushings. In cases like this, we use a Delrin bushing.
Note 3: the outer upper and lower bushings are already a monoball-style bearing from the factory on all M3 models. They are a great design and last a long time. We offer them as direct replacements or as upgrades for the non-M3 models.

This strut and shock mount package covers the front and rear rubber mounts and bushings commonly replaced during a strut and shock install. While you're installing new front struts and rear shocks these are easily installed - there's no additional labor and special tools are not required. Since these pieces are mostly rubber, they dry up and crack over time. Re-using them lead to problems with fitment or noise, and may have safety issues as well. These mounts and pads are the perfect complement to your new shocks to help restore your car's handling and performance.

We sell the basic strut and shock mount package, which includes:

Front strut mounts (also known as guide support)

Front strut reinforcement plates (to prevent cracking and deforming of the front strut towers)

Front and rear self-locking mounting nuts

In addition, you can add the front spring pads, front bump stops, front dust boots, rear bump stops, and rear dust boots if needed. But please note that some shocks and coil overs come with all or some of these pieces already. If in doubt, check with your supplier on what is included.

We offer three varieties of the rear shock mounts - OEM, Repair Shop, and HP alum-rubber. We recommend either the Repair Shop or HP mounts because the stock OEM design has a flaw that can lead to premature failure of the mounts. The Repair Shop and HP mounts use a different design that will last longer and the Repair Shop mounts also have a lifetime warranty!

Turner Motorsport's five years of endurance competition has taught us many things. One was that not all lug-nuts are made the same. While the standard nuts that we sell are great for daily drivers, HPDE events, and club racing, a beefier and more durable nut was needed for the 3-hour, 6-hour, and 24-hour professional endurance races. During the 24 Hours of Daytona, our crew guys made over 80 tire changes in NASCAR-style pitstops. That kind of abuse from air guns and fast work required the "next level" of lug-nut. These nuts are a high-grade steel with a chrome coating and they incorporate several innovative features. The wheel-side of the nut has recessed threads so that the nut has to be square to engage the threads. Without the recess, it's far too easy to start the threads with the nut being crooked. The 19mm head of the nut is slightly rounded to help the socket find its position. The chrome plating that we use is reasonably durable without being excessive. With too much coating, the chipped and worn coating fragments can end up in the threads, leading to all sorts of trouble. Anyone who has used nuts repeatedly knows that the coating is not going to last forever. The constant abuse from air guns will chip it all away. So why add weight and the potential for disaster with excess coating? We did away with most of the danger from that with a lighter coating that still resists the tough environment of the track. By popular demand, our shoe-gripping Turner Motorsport pedal set is now available for E36 3 series with automatic transmission. These pedal covers feature pyramid shaped spikes on the brake pedal, which actually BITE the soles of your shoes PERFECTLY, creating the ultimate (and unbeatable) friction surface where you want it. The throttle pedal is left smooth, so that your foot can roll on and off the gas smoothly. The automatic transmission set includes 2 pieces -- one brake pedal and one throttle/gas pedal.

Our pedals are anodized for a beautiful cosmetic finish that resists chips and flaking. Stainless steel hardware is included, as well as a basic installation guide (professional installation always recommended). These pedals are for left-hand drive (LHD), automatic transmission BMWs only (sequential manual transmission cars should use the manual transmission set).

Also available in black anodized! The same shoe-gripping performance as our standard "naked" aluminum racing pedals, but with an added black anodized coating, for a stealth black finish. We always recommend the naked metal pedals for harsher/race type use, as all cosmetic finishes will eventually degrade over time. But for those looking for the black-out look, we can now accommodate! 19mm compact lug nut to fit 12x1.5 thread wheel studs (common for most BMWs made before 2012). This wheel nut has a reduced outer flange for a more compact and minimal fitment. On many wheels, the hole for the lugbolt or lugnut is a very narrow diameter. Not even the stock lugbolt will fit through and these wheels often come with their own lugbolts. Then when adding studs to the car the options for a small diameter lug nut are very limited. We ran into this problem over and over and finally found a solution! These compact lugs have all of the material of a 19mm nut but without the flange of a standard wheel nut. For this reason we do not recommend using these on a wheel that normally takes a standard bolt seat (the seat is very important to the strength and integrity of the design). But for wheels that are designed to use a small seat, these are the solution! Bright and durable zinc finish makes them easy to spot during fast pitstop tire changes.

Thin-wall 19mm socket may be required depending on your wheel design.
