When your CPV O-ring fails it causes a slow oil leak on the passenger side of the engine, making an oily mess that frequently resembles a rear main seal leak. Replacing the CPV with an upgraded o-ring ensures a long-term solution to this common problem. 

The factory o-ring over time fails from heat cycling and oil exposure due to the Buna rubber used in OEM o-rings, while the included Viton Fluoroelastomer is resistant to a much higher temperature to ensure prolonged life without leaking. 

BMW recommends valve adjustments every 30k miles on your S54 equipped BMW. We have all the parts you will need to do the job in one discounted package. The kit includes all the Genuine BMW valve shims, valve shim tool, and all the gaskets and seals you will need.

Underdrive Power Pulleys work to 'free up' horsepower. Any accessory that spins from the main drive belt is using up power. That's power that could otherwise be used to move the car. By giving some of that power back to the engine, you can make the car faster! We measured 10.7 whp at 6960 rpm and 8.1 lb-ft of torque at 5550 on a 1995 M3. Race pulleys deliver even more power. 

Another "no-downside" upgrade, we even include a new belt. Total install time for a 3-piece pulley set should be around 1.5 hours. We offer three options in pulleys:

These cams are a direct replacement for the stock cams and give a solid 15+ horsepower boost at the top end and great midrange torque increases too! More gains can be expected with intake and header upgrades and custom software tuning. A slightly lumpy idle is expected at cold start, but will be smooth once at operating temperature.

These Schrick cams were initially developed for the M3 CSL, but they also work well on the US and other non-CSL S54 engines. With more duration, they are a great match to high-flow headers and CSL intake plenum upgrades.

These are a direct replacement for the stock camshafts and offer increased flow at mid and higher RPMs, thanks to 12.5mm of valve lift. Unlike 288/280 camshafts, this 280/272 set does not require upgraded valvetrain parts. The profile of these camshafts is quite close to stock CSL specs.

The hoses and oil separator can crack or become faulty, leading to vacuum leaks or oil leaks. This is caused by the stress the plastic components are exposed to during heating and cooling cycles, especially if the vehicle is not brought up to operating temperature during driving in cold weather climates.

This kit includes the needed hoses, oil separator, and hardware.
