Condor's Offset Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (RTABs) are perfect for the street and the track. They're designed to help correct rear toe-in and toe-out issues on lowered cars. To correct for toe-in: RTABs can be installed with the thick side inboard to help push the rear trailing arms towards the outsides of the car. To correct for toe-out when running minimal camber setup: RTABs can be installed with the thin sides inboard to help push the trailing arms inwards. The amount of total adjustment is purely dependent on how low your car is, but we've seen toe adjustment from 1/8” out on each side to 1/8” in on each side, which is a super nice range for the e36 rear end! They use UHMW in all of their suspension bushings because it is self-lubricating, meaning it requires no grease when installing, has almost zero deflection yet also absorbs some vibration. It will outlast other types of rubber or urethane bushings. They include black oxide plated steel plates for each RTAB to prevent lateral movement between the bushing material and the aluminum. Polyurethane and rubber bushings will deflect and slide, causing your rear alignment settings to change mid-corner. With these bushings, you won't have to worry about dynamic changes in your toe settings; the rear alignment stays in check during hard cornering, braking, and acceleration. The H&R Coil Over kit takes the traditional shock/spring package one step further. H&R combines their progressive-rate springs with specially valved shocks and adds height adjusters that let you set the ride height to your own personal tastes. These coil overs are designed for street use with progressive rate springs that start out soft and stiffen as they are compressed. This helps to keep the ride compliant while still giving better handling and balance.

H&R designs each suspension to work as a coil over. This means that the correct amount of travel has been built into each shock. And the shocks are valved specifically for the spring rates to give a tight and controlled ride without being harsh or ultra-stiff. Each H&R coil over is TUV tested and approved and meets ISO quality standards. These are used with the stock strut and shock mounts for a quick and easy install.

Height adjustment range:
F: -1.2-2.3"
R: -.75-1.5"

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Looking for coilovers that will provide reliability on street driven vehicles but are also capable of feeding your weekend track demon's desire for performance? BC Racing's BR Series coilover kit may be just the thing for you. BR Series coilovers are the most popular and versatile option offered by BC racing, offering features such as 30-level dampening adjustment (simultaneous compression and rebound control), linear springs where possible, and a minimum of 2 inches ride height drop, up to 5". To ensure performance, comfort, and quality, all BR Series kits are Dyno tested during the design stage to determine the best valving and spring rates, then installed and tested for a minimum of 6 months. This kit features mounts and brackets that are fully compatible with all stock mounting points and components. The upper shock/strut mounts are all constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum for strength and weight savings. BC Racing design 1 of 3 types of upper mounts for each vehicle: Caster/Camber Plates (+/- 3* camber), Camber Plates (+/- 3* camber), and Rubber Mount Plates (NVH reduction). The included mount option for this kit is shown in the kit specs and features below. Lower shock mounts are powder coated for corrosion protection and constructed of either 6061-T6 aluminum that has been milled from a single piece (fork or bolt eye mount) or of STKM13C steel with all brackets welded robotically. The included springs come in one of 3 styles: linear, S-barrel, and V-barrel. Linear springs are used in most applications unless limited by the OE design that does not allow the use of linear springs. All spring options are made from SAE9254 steel and have a zinc coating applied under the powder coating for increased spring corrosion protection and long term reliability. All shock bodies used in the BR Series coilovers use a 53mm shock body (unless noted otherwise) for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity. All shocks are then powder coated black chrome for clean styling and corrosion protection. Specs and Features: 6k Front & 12k Rear Spring Rate V-Barrel front & Linear rear springs Valved specifically to spring style and rate Camber Plate Front Mounts Aluminum and Rubber Front Mounts Black Powder Coated Components All OE style brackets and mounting for perfect fit 30 Levels of Simultaneous Compression and Rebound Dampening Extreme Drop version allows additional 1-1.5" lowering over the standard 2-4" lowering from traditional BR suspension kits Shocks are 1" shorter in length and springs are specifically selected for greater lowering capabilities Great for Track, Street, and any other conditions

  • Matching Shock & Spring Package
  • Comparable to a H&R Super Sport or Race spring - aggressive upgrade over stock
  • Vastly improved handling but with less ride comfort

This H&R Sport Cup Kit is for drivers who want that extra edge from a stiffer suspension but without the expense and complexity of coil overs. The E46 Sport Cup Kit is a more aggressive version of the Touring kit. The ride height lowers the center of gravity and roll center even more and the springs are stiffer for more control over body motions and weight transfer. The Sport Cup Kit lowers the ride height as much as 2.1" in front and 1.7" in the back. The springs are still progressive rate so the ride stays compliant on small bumps but quickly gets stiffer. Overall, they are about 50% stiffer than the stock original springs. Lowering amount will be less if replacing the factory sport suspension. If you want a very precise and firm suspension, and ride quality is secondary, the Sport Cup Kit is superior to the Touring or any other shock/spring package we offer. This package fits with the stock strut and shock mounts but front camber plates are recommended because of the increased front negative camber.

This H&R Cup Kit is a tuned shock/spring package for the E46 coupe and sedan. H&R matches a set of springs to performance shocks for a perfectly setup and functioning suspension package. Instead of mixing and matching springs with shocks, H&R has tailored each shock for the specific model, taking into account spring rates, chassis setup, and suspension motions. Without the shocks and springs engineered together the suspension may have incorrect travel or be a mis-match for spring rate (under-dampened) or too stiff. This E46 Cup Kit addresses all of that.

This item fits the following BMWs:
1999-2005 E46 BMW 323i 323ci 325i 325ci 328i 328ci 330i 330ci with standard suspension - not for convertibles or wagons

Fits into voids of OE bushings: 33316770783 and 33316770784 Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. The heart of the rear suspension, the subframe (or carrier) mounts located the entire rear suspension to the car. There are four mounts in total and bolt up into the rear floor. Worn subframe mounts are one of the leading contributors to rear floor-subframe failure. As the mounts flex, so does the sheetmetal of the chassis, which will fatigue the sheetmetal and crack the spot welds. Therefore, replacement of the subframe mounts is critical and a must when doing the subframe reinforcement or repair. This kit comprises OEM Lemforder and Meyle HD rubber subframe mounts. Solid aluminum mounts are also available with very little increase in NVH.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence.

Bilstein's PSS10 coil over system combines adjustable monotube shock damper technology with front and rear height adjustments to give you everything you need in one package. The E46 PSS10 kit is one of the most impressive suspensions on the market for performance and quality. Bilstein has engineered this kit to be functional and specific to the E46 chassis and not overloaded with features and bullet points that you'll never use. With the PSS10 you get 10 damper settings with meaningful differences between clicks, ride height adjustment, TUV certified quality and performance, a limited lifetime warranty, and easy fitment with stock mounts and links.

Bilstein PSS10 dampers feature their latest monotube design - a single large piston that performs better and lasts longer than other twin-tube designs. They also use a patented digressive valving system that helps give their shocks a better ride at any shock setting compared to competitor's progressive shocks. The PSS10 features 10 useful damper positions for rebound and compression - not hundreds of settings that you don't need or will never use. The settings range from 10 (softest) to 1 (stiffest) with meaningful variations between settings. This allows you to easily find a shock stiffness that best suits your driving environment and less wasted time trying separate adjustments and getting nowhere. The Bilstein PSS10 settings follow damper graphs and plots determined from their years of German performance tuning, including testing on the famed Nurburgring and Autobahn. Each setting is selected from a super-large knob at the bottom of each strut and shock - easily accessible from underneath the car. Each front strut is zinc coated for excellent wear resistance.

This kit is designed to lower the car between 1.0" and 1.75" from the original stock, non-sport package suspension. This allows you to set your ride height to suit your personal tastes, lower the center of gravity and roll center, and for a more aggressive appearance. Bilstein supplies springs with a front progressiverate of 400lb and a rear progressive rate of 455lb. The progressive rate means the spring starts its compression at a softer rate but will quickly stiffen as the spring is compressed. This is ideal for street driving as the ride stays compliant over daily bumps and impacts while stiffening for more extreme cornering. Each spring is a 60mm ID so some hardware is already in place for a change to different springs. Front height adjustment is made via the perches on the coil over strut. The reat height is made from an adjustable perch mounted on top of the spring. The stock upper front strut mounts, rear upper shock mounts, and stock front sway bar links are used for installation. This keeps the cost low and installation easy! And it means replacement parts are easily obtained from multiple suppliers (not a kit-specific part that will be hard to source).

The Bilstein PSS10 kit remains one of our favorite suspensions for an E46 simply because it works so well as an over-achieving street suspension. It's engineering greatly surpasses a regular shock/spring package and the quality surpasses many of the other aftermarket performance coil overs we see. This is our #1 choice for our customers who want a capable street suspension.

  • Matching Shock & Spring Package
  • Comparable to a H&R Sport spring - mild upgrade over stock
  • Improved handling with minimal impact on ride comfort

The factory sport suspension does a reasonable job in giving the E46 a sportier platform. But there are always compromises in a factory suspension and this Touring Cup Kit erases those. This shock and spring package will give your car the sharpness you think it's missing.

H&R Touring Cup Kit springs lower the ride height as much as 0.75" in front and 0.25" in the back and stiffens the spring rate. Both combine to lower the car's center of gravity and reduce the amount of bodyroll in corners. The springs are progressive rate so their initial stiffness is actually very compliant and it becomes stiffer as the spring is compressed. This is great for street cars that see bumps and potholes where suspension compliance is key. Overall, they are about 35% stiffer than the stock original springs. Lowering amount will be less if replacing the factory sport suspension. This package fits with the stock strut and shock mounts, making for an easy and clean install.

This H&R Cup Kit is a tuned shock/spring package for the E46 sedan or coupe with the factory sport suspension. H&R matches a set of springs to performance shocks for a perfectly setup and functioning suspension package. Instead of mixing and matching springs with shocks, H&R has tailored each shock for the specific model, taking into account spring rates, chassis setup, and suspension motions. Without the shocks and springs working together the suspension may have incorrect travel or be a mis-match for spring rate (under-dampened) or too stiff. This E46 Cup Kit addresses all of that.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This aluminum spring seat fits between upper and lower 60mm springs to "join" them together. Typically you would have a main spring on top and a tender or helper spring on the bottom (or vice-versa). The spring joiner, or locator ring, fits between the springs with a retaining lip on the inside. We like this design better than an outside spring joiner because it's lighter and there's no material sitting on the outside where a tire might come in contact with it. These are priced per each.

Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of a "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver. Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street-driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn-in, more responsive handling, and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings. Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state-of-the-art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to outperform and out-last the ones that came in the car. For BMW E46 and Z4 E85 & E86 owners looking to enhance the performance and handling of their vehicles, the Powerflex Black Series Front Control Arm - Rear Bushings with Brackets offer a valuable suspension upgrade. In this article, we'll explore the numerous advantages of integrating these high-quality bushings into your BMW, designed to optimize control and road-handling capabilities, ultimately taking your driving experience to the next level. Improved Handling and Stability: The BMW E46 and Z4 E85 & E86 models are already known for their impressive handling, and the Powerflex Front Control Arm - Rear Bushings with Brackets are engineered to enhance this feature. These bushings reduce sway and body roll during cornering, ensuring your vehicle remains stable and responsive, even when navigating tight turns and corners. This results in a more confident and enjoyable driving experience. Enhanced Cornering Performance: One of the primary benefits of these control arm bushings is their ability to optimize your vehicle's cornering performance. The Powerflex design provides increased rigidity, allowing for more precise and controlled cornering. Whether you're tackling winding mountain roads or maneuvering on a racetrack, you'll appreciate the improved grip and control these bushings provide. Mitigation of Understeer: Understeer, a common issue in many vehicles, occurs when the front tires lose grip during a turn. Upgrading to Powerflex Front Control Arm - Rear Bushings with Brackets helps address this issue by redistributing the load more evenly between the front and rear tires. This results in better balance and control, ensuring your BMW responds precisely to your commands in any situation. Durability and Longevity: These control arm bushings are constructed using high-quality materials, ensuring durability and a longer service life. They are engineered to withstand the rigors of daily driving and spirited performance, reducing wear and tear on your suspension components and extending the lifespan of your BMW's control arm system and related parts. Control arms, and their integrated ball joints, are some of the most crucial components on a BMW suspension. The control arms literally control the wheel and suspension as they go through their range of motions. A faulty or worn control arm or ball joint is a very dangerous and potentially life-threatening problem so make sure they are inspected and replaced at regular intervals. For a street-driven car we advise yearly inspection and a full replacement every 3-4 years. For track-driven cars these should be inspected before every event and replaced every two years. We also recommend replacing the bushings when changing the control arms. The bushings are mounted at the back of the control arm and located the arm to the frame rail on the car. The stock bushings are rubber and will wear out sooner than the control arms themselves. With the control arm off the car now is the perfect time to also replace the bushings.

  • Matching Shock & Spring Package
  • Comparable to a H&R Sport spring - mild upgrade over stock
  • Improved handling with minimal impact on ride comfort

A great first step for improving your E46's handling. The H&R Cup Kit will lower the ride height and use a stiffer spring to keep the tires planted to the ground. The matching shock and strut set will keep the ride optimal even when used as a daily driver.

H&R Touring Cup Kit springs lower the ride height as much as 1.4" in front and 0.75" in the back and stiffens the spring rate.

This H&R Cup Kit is a tuned shock/spring package for the E46 without the factory sport suspension.

This item fits the following BMWs:
1999-2005 E46 BMW 323i 323ci 325i 325ci 328i 328ci 330i 330ci with standard suspension.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence.
