BMW Engine Parts for BMW 3 Series E46 (1999-2005)

When your CPV O-ring fails it causes a slow oil leak on the passenger side of the engine, making an oily mess that frequently resembles a rear main seal leak. Replacing the CPV with an upgraded o-ring ensures a long-term solution to this common problem. 

The factory o-ring over time fails from heat cycling and oil exposure due to the Buna rubber used in OEM o-rings, while the included Viton Fluoroelastomer is resistant to a much higher temperature to ensure prolonged life without leaking. 

Often an oversight in maintenance, ignition components are also susceptible to wear and tear. Spark Plugs can accumulate carbon, reducing the spark intensity and it's ability to properly ignite the air/fuel mixture, leading to misfires and generally declining performance. Other ignition components, such as coils, boots, wires, caps, and rotors, can also wear out over time due to factors like heat and contamination, preventing the current from reaching the spark plug.

Every 60-80,000 miles, we recommend replacing your spark plugs to ensure your ignition system is running optimally. Over time carbon can build up around the head of the spark plug and decrease spark strength and effectiveness, leading to weaker fuel mixture detonation, misfires, and potential check engine lights. Underdrive Power Pulleys work to 'free up' horsepower. Any accessory that spins from the main drive belt is using up power. That's power that could otherwise be used to move the car. By giving some of that power back to the engine, you can make the car faster! We measured 10.7 whp at 6960 rpm and 8.1 lb-ft of torque at 5550 on a 1995 M3. Race pulleys deliver even more power. 

Another "no-downside" upgrade, we even include a new belt. Total install time for a 3-piece pulley set should be around 1.5 hours. We offer three options in pulleys:

The factory VANOS exhaust hub on the S54 engine is known to develop excessive play where the drive tabs interface with the oil pump disk. Over time, this imprecise fitment causes a back-and-forth rattling motion that can result in the tabs shearing off inside the engine, risking catastrophic damage or complete engine failure. Unlike other aftermarket solutions that require full VANOS disassembly, retiming, or replacement of the oil pump disk, the Turner Motorsport S54 VANOS Hub Upgrade offers a smarter approach. Our bolt-on fix eliminates the common failure point without opening the VANOS unit or disturbing engine timing.

Our solution involves removing the worn tabs from your stock exhaust hub and installing our precision-fit replacement, which is precision-machined from 4340 steel and hardened to meet OEM specifications.
